Charting with software since 1987, Light years ahead, and more impact than Visio!
What do you like best about the product?
Copying an entire flow to another tab, enables the ability to describe a life-cycle timespan on each. Applying color to objects makes it easier to visualize direct or indirect relationships when I am unable to avoid crossing flowlines. Sharing with one or more team members at different stages in the process is perfect for my style, the Review phase is limited to just a small team, and once approved, expanded to an entire project team. This is now a daily habit, I keep thinking of improvements and additional visualizations for my primary project. Lucid will be my go-to charting tool for the forseeable future. Implementation of the features is so easy, I am considering a personal subscription. I started Auto-Generating with AI, - AWESOME SAUCE!
What do you dislike about the product?
One very minor issue, I prefer to work with simple wire diagrams, prior to colorizing. I could not find a wire shape for a laptop or desktop. Very minor. I chose the Cisco laptop. No one notices, since I colorize the relationships to match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparing for a major upgrade project with a minumum of 8 phases. I am rolling out more visualizations than what is expected, including drilldowns for integrated systems.

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in AI tools to generate diagrams based on prompts was very useful! I especially appreciate that it was so readily available that was definitely reassuring. Would definitely use it again!

No issues were encountered while using Lucid, no complaints!

Lucid collaboration suite was easy to navigate and make flow chart in a very consise way. For the first time user, it was very user friendly

Unable to move the flow chart, where I wanted that to be placed

Free tool for virtual L&D design sprint
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is very easy to use remotely to feel like you are brainstorming in the room with someone. I loved that there were templates of brainstorm boards I could use as a starting point for a design sprint brainstorm I recently did with another remote team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve with using the tool- mostly around how to navigate the board (a bit hard to do without a mouse and hard to see things when all zoomed out) and there are SO many features, many of which I have never used. I mostly like the sticky notes feature and test/shapes feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need for a way to brainstorm remotely together to create a learning program (leadership training at the company)
Lucid for Small teams in Sales Operations
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how easy it makes collaboration across teams. Its real-time editing and intuitive design let everyone stay on the same page, while integrations with other tools ensure everything works seamlessly together.

Super fast and cool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive. Its easy to use mind maps and diagrams without proper training. Real time collab work is a game changer. Wide variately of templates saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be steep for smaller teams. Some advance features are locked behhind the paywall. Sometimes the platform can fell laggy when workikng with large diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps our team streamline complex workflows and visualize processes clearly, especially when working remotely. Communication during project planning has been reduced.

I love the ease of making flow charts and the ways that team members can contribute.

I would love to be able to format everything more easily to make the charts more visually appealing, aligned, and consistent. I find that I've spent more time perfecting the look than I'd like!

What do you like best about the product?
It makes creating a flowchart very easy.

The layout is a little cumbersome but it serves it's purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing the Lucid charts among the collaborators with specific permission. The comment system in design to compare the pros and cons. Great integration with Confluence doc.

Found it to difficult to pick a template like flow chart or DFD
