Easily create greatness
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and share workflows with ease, as well as adapt them quickly on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no comments of things I do not like.

LucidChart is a Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great application for the collaborative generative of high publication quality graphics and figures. I have used this with my colleagues and independently for several years, and find it very easy to use. I have got great feedback on figures I have produced using this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about Lucid is the cap on the number of diagrams you can make through an institutional account (educational, academic etc.). This caps at three which seems a bit low and I have had to upgrade my personal account to make some more diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is helping solve the problem of collaboration on the same document. It allows me and my colleagues to all edit the same diagrams to contribute equally and fairly to publications.
Effective, Efficient, Engaging
What do you like best about the product?
I like Lucid as a visual tool to organize and interlink ideas, as well as to develop official business process diagrams. I find that it is fast, easy, and effective; and stakeholders love when you get get out of email and PPT.
What do you dislike about the product?
The large format nature of the diagrams that are produced are sometimes hard to print or screenshot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time collaboration is very powerful at improving velocity, accuracy, and precision.

What do you like best about the product?
I love working with Collaboration Suite, because we can establish a great teamwork by joining together to a session and create specific things at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside yet for this great feature.

We create Process Maps for Lean Six Sigma, it helps us identify any waste on the process.

It helps to easily create the Networkig diagram which helps me alot, I am network engineer and It provides all tools and easiness to collaborate with all tools and provide all feature which helps me to draw even cmplex networks easily

Lucid helps me plan out marketing campaigns. I use it to visualize all the content and promotion at each stage of the funnel.
It is the best visualization tool out there

We collaborated for the initial system design of our product on the Lucid Chart. It worked greatly that we are able to see the changes in the real-time.

It is giving only limited number of icons and images for free users which might frustate people. They should use some other monitory options.

To benefit from the virtual whiteboard functionality present in Lucidspark, you need to purchase the Enterprise version, which might be too expensive for smaller teams.
