Using Lucidchart as a Solution Architect
What do you like best about the product?
These are the things I like the most about Lucid:
Lucid allows my company users to work on the same document simultaneously, making it easier for us to brainstorm, plan, and execute projects together in real-time. Using tools for diagramming ERD or process flows and even integrations diagrams.This versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of use cases, from business process mapping to software development. As My Company uses google workspace the integration, enhance productivity and streamlining workflows. The intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes it easy for me to create professional-quality diagrams and visualizations without a steep learning curve.

It have room to improve in the users access and permissions

Have in one place all of the diagrams and documentations regarding digital transformación projects, with a great interface and is user friendly.
Great for quick iteration
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is definitely Lucidchart. It allows for quick iteration, without being too complicated. It allows for a quick and seamless start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't particularly found anything that makes me dislike Lucid Visual Collab Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, it allows me to create flows and processes and share them quickly. I have also received org charts created by others, and I also believe helps in presentations.
Lucid is perfect choice for System design diagrams, Entity Relationship diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with Lucid Collaboration Suite. Multiple team members can work on the same document at the same time. Lucid collaboration suite is easy to integrate with tools like Slack,M365 and Google workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes for the product include pricing, learning curve for advanced features and limited offline functionality since the product is cloud based. Also exporting some formats get unlocked on purchasing premium plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucid Suite primarily for diagramming entities. The tool makes it easy to view complex entities. I use the tool for brain storming complex problems too. Lucid Suite makes it easy to collaborate within a team as multiple team members can work on the same document at one time.

the lucid charts is easy to use, and easy to collaborate with team members

it would be better to offer a free drawing board function

Ease of sharing ideas, Ease in getting started.

Intuitive apple pencil pro support would be highly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to visualize data flow using lucid chart. This helps in two ways, 1. to document the already existing flows and share it with other and 2. to build and brainstorm new flows along with colleagues. Very useful for LLD and HLD.

About hyperlinks being embedded in the diagrams.

Nothing much really since I have yet to be too familiar with it.

I t really made my work easier with super cool effective tools it have.i used it many times.its such a thoughtful to feel its ease of implementation. and even the customer support is at a pro.

Real time collaboration with teammates
My experience was as smooth and user friendly as I could imagine.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how simple it was to use the software. To make a table, all you had to do is click and drop, while the more "complex" items such as adding a row or column was easily accessible through the right click menu.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how by default you can see the mouses of all the users working on the document. Its a distraction for me and a bit of an annoyance. I also disliked how the amount of objects is limited if you don't pay. I wasn't keeping track of my objects and when I was notified that I ran out of objects I was in the middle of my project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the problem of that I needed a simple service that I could use with my co-workers in real time without it being laggy, such as with the Microsoft office products, while being able to make table and connect them easily.
Lucid got everything you need for defining a architectural design
What do you like best about the product?
Hi think it’s built in flow diagram, sequence diagram and different model which is very flexible and handy to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time drag item does not work as expected this could be because of iMac system I am using . But otherwise it’s very flexible and sensitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly for architectural diagrams.
