Awesome platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many options and how easy it is to put your data into visual contruction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just don't like that I don't know how to use Lucid and create myself with ease at this point. I am mostly using the service once a coworker is done with their chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not personally had any problems with Lucid
I was able to create a consort diagram in different formats which was very helpful

the interfase, the tools, the ease of building images

the diagram I made did not look very HD. Maybe I did not choose the correct pixels or something.

I can easily create my processes with lucidchart

The biggest advantage is that it is online, I can't install anything on my computer.

The biggest minus feature in Lucid is not being able to export as Word.

Great Visual Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive interface makes creating and sharing diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals effortless. The real-time collaboration features are also seamless, enabling teams to work together efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the interface feels slightly cluttered with too many features, which can be overwhelming for new users. Additionally, some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps streamline complex processes by visualizing workflows, ideas, and strategies. It simplifies team collaboration, making it easier to align on projects and share ideas in real time. This has improved productivity, reduced miscommunication, and saved time in planning and execution.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very practical and versatile. All the necessary features for making a great flowchart are there, and the UI is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes regarding Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me visualize a flowchart of the history of a specific community that would have been much more difficult to do otherwise. Thanks Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite!

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart let me collaborate with other people ,on my diagrams, flowcharts, process maps etc in real time.
The ability to do this , helps me complete diagramming tasks faster .
I also like the AI feature, because it has served as a base for whatever process diagram I intend to create. I simply instruct it by describing what I want to create , while I tweak , edit and modify the diagram or map it creates for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Lucidchart can support more symbols and template types. In comparison to my former software ( Edraw Max ), Lucidchart is not the best in this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart to create process diagram illustrations. Utilizing Lucidchart for the aforementioned purpose, has helped me better explain complex ideas to my team.
Looks great and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using lucid to create architecture diagrams for my projects. It's easy to use offers a very eye pleasing way to visualize concepts and plans. Much more straight forward and nice/modern compared to other apps I tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it offered more icons of common platforms already loaded in that I can select. Instead of me having to upload an image.

It enables me to provide an easy way to visually consume the concepts/projects I am working on.
Great tool for architecting and documenting data products
What do you like best about the product?
I love the idea of infinite board and availability of most common shapes and icons to draw the diagrams very quickly. It is very help for any types of diagrams, but I like it the most for end-to-end data product documentation, where all objects involved can be put togerher with all necessary hyperlinks attached in the right places. I even use project diagram day-to-day to speed up access to all different objects involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used it just for a month, so I covered only small fraction of available tools within Lucid charts. One thing I wish was there is the ability to add clickable hyperlink table name in ERD (for example, AWS S3 source for a given table). The work around is to use "Conver to embedded link" to get an Embedded Link Block in place, but this does not look nice.

It helps with data product solution design. It make sharing product design and documentation with teammates very efficient!
Intuitive Diagramming Application
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is very easy to use and intuitive. I was able to create detailed diagrams quickly and effectively for upper management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I really dislike about Lucid at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid allows us to create massive diagrams which aren't possible to create in other applications.
