Great using Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and understand even though I'm a first time user of Lucid
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little confusing to get the proper integration for it since it was not showing up on my Confluence pages initially. Otherwise, everything was good.

Work university
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and user-friendly Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is. The real-time collaboration features make teamwork seamless, and the integration with other tools like Google Drive and Slack is extremely useful. The variety of templates and the ability to create detailed diagrams easily make it a great choice for brainstorming and project planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great tool, I find that the pricing can be a bit high for smaller teams or individual users. Additionally, some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting. Occasionally, complex diagrams can slow down performance, especially with a large number of collaborators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps streamline communication and collaboration, especially for remote teams. It allows us to visually map out complex ideas, workflows, and processes, making it easier to align everyone on the same page. The real-time collaboration feature eliminates back-and-forth emails and speeds up decision-making. Additionally, its integrations with other tools improve our workflow efficiency, saving us time and reducing misunderstandings.
Easy way to create diagrams and collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the platform because it was very easy to find templates and adapt them to my needs. There are many types available, making it easier to clearly visualize the process. I also had the opportunity to use AI to create process diagrams, which was helpful for inspiration and completing my diagram.
Additionally, I used the platform for collaboration, and it felt very smooth—allowing real-time teamwork with others seamlessly.
Additionally, I used the platform for collaboration, and it felt very smooth—allowing real-time teamwork with others seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement is the AI-generated diagrams. If instructions aren't very specific, it can sometimes create overly complex, repetitive, or hard-to-follow diagrams. Because of this, I used AI more for inspiration and to complement the diagram I had already started rather than as a starting point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super easy to edit, create, and collaborate with diagrams. Very straightforward and a real time-saver!
Refined and precise tool for flows, architecture diagrams and more
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive, allows precision and great detail while also being able to produce quick and easy diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot, as with many tools finding that option you use once in a blue moon can take a moment to find
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lets me produce quick diagrams and flows when collaborating live, but still allows neat and detailed diagrams when there is a lot to get onto one page. Sounds like a trivial thing, but the level of control if gives over arrows and where they go is what makes the difference for me.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It looks good and is extremely easy to learn and use. No fuss, click and drag, many design options available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular I disliked, but maybe allowing for expandable elements to be placed could be a plus (as in, click for more information).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a simple way to organize processes into an easy to follow flowchart.
Quick and Easy to get Started for a sales rep process mapping
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales rep who listens to clients' processes and looks for efficiencies to make, Lucid makes it easy to actively map these out. It was simple to start using and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into anything I dislike yet, however my use case is very simplified. Simple process maps (square boxes, straight lines, and sticky notes).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me simply process map and lay out processes for businesses. This benefits me by reducing the amount of scattered notes I take on a document.
Generally Good
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, fast and intuitive. And has a large variety of models.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't use the platform enough to dislike anything in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure if I'm allowed to give detailed answers on that matter, but use to solve internal business problems from the company so far.
Very feature rich software, making it easy to build out quick little flow charts for processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like how smooth everything runs, there are no hiccups or anything in the user flow. Additionally, most objects I need to use in my diagrams are very easy to find and apparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, trying to find something a little more nuanced is a little hard. There were some shapes I needed I couldn't find quickly, sometimes drawing a line does get a little wonky, but overall its a smooth and better experience than most competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with team workstream decisions, in terms of who's working on what and what their program / project needs to look like.
