Enjoyed the space very much . Everything seemed modern and efficient, user friendly and stress less.

Extremely user friendly and ergonomically retrofitted to accommodate any reasonably sized meeting.

Nothing …..suited our agendas at the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very geographically suited for our team . We had to fly in from all over the country and Lucid Suite was very conveniently placed close to all accommodation.
Brilliant for account mapping
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite stands out because of its exceptional real-time collaboration features. The ability to simultaneously brainstorm, annotate, and update visuals with my colleagues has streamlined our decision-making processes dramatically. I also love how easily it integrates with other productivity tools we use daily. Customer support is great. I use it daily as its really easy to use and to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor frustration with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the limited offline functionality. It would be beneficial to have more robust offline editing capabilities, allowing continued productivity in areas with unstable internet connections or while traveling
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite effectively addresses the challenge of clearly visualizing complex stakeholder relationships in sales. By using the platform for account mapping, my team can quickly identify decision-makers, influencers, and champions within a prospect organization. This clarity helps us strategically prioritize outreach and close deals faster.
A must have for cross-team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
As an architect, I rely on Lucidchart almost daily for creating detailed floor plans and system diagrams that clients can actually understand. Lucidspark has transformed our design charrettes - we can capture ideas from engineers, contractors, and clients in one collaborative space. The ability to move seamlessly between conceptual sketching and technical documentation saves us valuable time during tight project deadlines. Dead simple to implement and super helpful customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CAD integration could be stronger - we still have to recreate many elements rather than importing them directly. Large, detailed architectural diagrams sometimes lag during client presentations, which isn't ideal. The subscription cost adds up when equipping our entire design team, and some specialized architectural symbols and templates are still missing from the library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid keeps our system architecture documentation current and accessible across our engineering teams. I use it to create clear microservice boundaries, data flow diagrams, and sequence models that developers actually reference—unlike static documents that quickly become outdated. During design discussions, we can immediately update diagrams as decisions are made, which has cut down on implementation misalignments and reduced our technical debt.
Absolutely Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely adore this program! My friend and I have teamed up to create a game, and it’s been an amazing experience. It was really easy to pick up and has some of the best features. I really appreciate the double-tap feature for sticky notes, which lets us communicate instantly while working from our separate spaces. This has greatly improved our productivity since we can work on it anytime!

I honestly can"t complain I love this program too much!

Lucid Flowchart Review
What do you like best about the product?
Using Lucid is very easy and very user friendly, I used this to create a process flow and it turned out to be amazing and I have been pretty much using this tool post that, the tool has extreme features to design a process outflow and adjust the objects, arrows and keywords and it is easily shareable with your colleagues and friends, the integration was so easy that I had been able to finish a flowchart within a fraction of the time that I would take it creating on a word doc, the customer support team has been tremendously helpful on this product, plus you get a 1 month free trial use.
And Implementation of the tool is really awesome. as of now I think this is the best tool in this category available in the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no such flaws that I came through, maybe If I use this more often, I may find anything but as of now there are no such flaws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving time crisis, like I would have taken at least 2 hours to finish a flowchart but this tool has helped me save the time plus there is no mess or manual efforts required, everything is pretty much drag and drop.

Service operations workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty user-friendly and the interface is intuitive, and I really appreciate the variety of options and templates available. It makes creating diagrams and process maps quick and straightforward. The drag-and-drop functionality and real-time collaboration features are excellent. I also like the ability to put it in presentation mode and the plug-in options to Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I found it a bit challenging to understand the different tools and options, and I had some trouble figuring out how to save the map.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a visually appealing interface with helpful diagram options. Importing the map into our team's Confluence page was very easy.
Lucid is easy to use and creative design software
What do you like best about the product?
I prepare system design for global networks, systems interfacing with internal applications. I have been using for several years, find Lucid easy to collaborate with team mates and provided functionality give us the opportunity to right down on the creative ideas. The integration with number of application help us get support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, the customer support team are responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use the Lucid tool with our creative ideas which is not possible with any other tools. I can bring ideas to a visual effects, easy to have a logo and share with teammates providing good Auth model.
Collaborative Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is end-to-end and that it allows me to map out ideas and systems to visualize processes. This empowers responsible decision makings.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the basis subscription plan there is a lack of a lot of the advanced features. It would be great if access to those could be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing complex problems allows for decision making that is based of processes and identified pain points in these processes.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Can work on the same screen with co-workers, it is like a giant whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mine didn't show me how to use it, but I figured it out pretty easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to work on projects together across the world while being remote employees.
