Next level flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
It’s so easy to use. You can basically build anything in LucidChart and makes storytelling worlds easier
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it’s a bit hard to navigate because there’s so much to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use it for data modeling. There’s really nothing else out on the market that helps me convey a story in a better way, especially to non-technical people.

Great integration with Jira, loads of templates for Agile.

Limited mobile functionality. Difficult to navigate big boards.

An Intuitive Workflow Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have taken advantage of this tool for creating workflows, it’s a great tool that makes the process smooth and hassle free unlike other tools I have used. It is highly recommended for its intuitiveness, and it let me build my workflows with almost no effort.
It is user friendly, so it has made the transition from another system to this one very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see more hints when you are creating a workflow, maybe with chatgpt to improve the wording of the workflow or be more cleared of what I am doing.
Other than that, it’s a great tool if you feel comfortable with these process creation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has help me solve the problem of having to navigate through options not relevant to the feature I want to. For instance, I used to do it with word, and it was a hassle to connect one box to another also doesn't move around like other tools. So, its visually easy for me to do this.
Easy to use collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Using Lucid is a great way to get on board a new team, where you need to understand the existing structure and how everything ties together. It helps me understand how our current system works and where we can make improvements. The best thing is that many people can contribute to a chart super easily creating a sort of crowdsourced knowledge that is closer to reality that if a single person did it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that it's something I particularly don't like, but there are too many features that I'm really not using and the navigation can sometimes be a bit noisy.

Real-time collaboration and presentation.
The best tool for creating charts!
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and user-friendly. Creating flowcharts, diagrams, and process maps is incredibly easy, even for complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
requires more flexibility, very powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes, the platform can feel a bit slow when working on larger or more complex diagrams, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy Visualization of Complex Systems Lucidchart helped me to create detailed flowcharts and diagrams that represent how different systems (like Salesforce, Salesloft, and LeadIQ) connect and interact. You can use shapes, arrows, and swimlanes to clearly map out data flow, system dependencies, and decision points.
Love the setup and ease of use, very intelligent design

I love the visual layout, workflow and integration capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I haven't used Lucid enough to be highly critical of the tool, from all intents and purposes its a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have really boring sprint retros using confluence but now my PM has implemented Lucid and it makes us all so much more collaborative , fun and engaging for the whole team.

Easily customisable and smart formatting and layout of processes, the ability to edit and change flowcharts alongside colleagues, and the variety of templates and documents available.

Further guides on how best to utilise the software would be appreciated.

Solid collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the real-time collaboration features, allowing for multiple team members to work together simultaneously, whether they’re in the same office or spread across the country. The infinite canvas is another highlight, giving users the freedom to think big without being constrained by space. I personally love the AI-driven capabilities, i struggle at times to start so the ability to generate diagrams from text prompts or sorting ideas automatically is amazing, saving me time and boosting my productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started and use to the UI with the amount of options jammed into Lucidchart is the hardest obstacle. The learning curve can slow down adoption and it can hinder progress on jobs.

Utilizing Lucid Suite as a University Student
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the collaboration features and easy of use which allowed me to complete my projects with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe I have found any drawbacks to lucid yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my classes we are often required to create diagrams such as class diagrams and Lucid allows me to easily create them with my team.
