We needed to map our customer flow to optimize it with AI and compare it to our sister companies.

  • June 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to learn and has a suitable structure to be able to store and collaborate with teams effectively. Intergrations with other collaborative tools, like slack, Sharepoint/Onedrive etc make it even more compelling to adopt and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Um, not much really, maybe some more fonts?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central place for our business to create the documentation required for technical projects. Centralised place for us to create templates to keep our work at a high consistency level.

Effortless Flowchart Design

  • June 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes I need to collaborate with a couple of colleagues on a complex flowchart, and having them right beside me working on the same chart, definitely boosts productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when some charts are so big, it takes a lot to render, but that might be just my PC…
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with several team members can sometimes get messy, especially when you're also responsible for reviewing and improving multiple documents, diagrams, and more. This is exactly where Lucid shines, making the collaboration smoother.

Pictures are worth 1000 words

  • June 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent visualization tool. At our company, I am able to design processes, present, and eliminate confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are clunky. Recommend more freedom to move things around vs automatically assuming where lines go without the ability to change them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Org charts and process design in addition to RACI

Decent tool for team diagrams

  • June 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop interface is mostly intuitive, and there are plenty of templates to get started quickly. Real-time collaboration works fine for small teams - I could see changes made by coworkers almost instantly. It integrates well with other products like Google Drive and Slack, which was handy for our remote setup. The presentation mode was surprisingly useful during meetups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shape search often pulls up unrelated icons, making it slower to build specific workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our team visualize workflows and system designs that are hard to explain over chat or email. We use it to map out user journeys, and org charts. It makes remote collaboration a bit easier since we can all edit and comment in one shared space instead of emailing PDFs back and forth.

Highly Functional Tool for Visual Collaboraiton

  • June 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a one-stop-shop for all things collaboration. From conducting workshops, building process flows, to visualizing technical architecture, Lucid is my primary tool of choice. Having used it in various employment positions, I've gotten visibility into Lucid's technical variety. With that experience and exposure, I can undoubtedly say Lucid is the premier tool for visualization. I, most notably, appreciate its intuitive UX design, the ease of navigating with the back-click, and the boundless elements offered (e.g., shapes, tables, arrows, text). These are all qualities of a software platform that are important to my day-to-day work that would not be made possible without the expansiveness and quality of Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers so much variety and technical capabilities, it can, at times, be difficult to find the element you may be seeking. I have found myself navigating various menus or toolbars just to land on the rectangular box I had in mind. I believe that while variety is a key feature of Lucid, perhaps better organization of its elements could better serve its users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often find myself proposing new ideas or organizing complex concepts for a large team in my organization. I rely heavily on Lucid to make such ideas and concepts easy to digest. Stated differently, the visuals I create on Lucid are the gateway to getting other team members onboard with my ideas. Without Lucid, I would rely on words or texts on a slide only, which I find are less effective means of communication.
