Great tool for Visual collaboration

1. Connectors in the shapes could be extended beyond the boundary. This is useful when we have shapes inside another shape and we need to connect from inner shape

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes it incredibly easy to create flowcharts, wireframes, and diagrams in a visually intuitive way. Its real-time collaboration features are a game-changer for remote teams, allowing seamless input from multiple users without lag. The interface is user-friendly, and the integration with other tools like Google Drive, Jira, and Slack adds significant productivity benefits. Templates are also a huge time-saver and help maintain consistency across teams.

While Lucid is a powerful tool, it can sometimes feel a bit limited when dealing with more complex design or diagramming needs that require advanced customization. Also, performance can slow down when working with large documents or multiple collaborators. The pricing may be a concern for small teams or startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps solve the challenge of aligning cross-functional teams by providing a centralized platform for visual communication and brainstorming. It eliminates confusion and miscommunication by enabling real-time collaboration on diagrams, workflows, and system architecture. This is especially helpful in remote or hybrid work environments where in-person whiteboarding isn't possible. For me, it has improved project planning, sped up decision-making, and enhanced team alignment across departments. The ability to visualize complex ideas has made onboarding, documentation, and stakeholder communication far more efficient.

I like that it’s very easy to create flowcharts, mind maps, and diagrams quickly, and it’s simple to collaborate with team members in real time.

The best part is how it helps remote teams work together on ideas visually. It saves time, keeps everyone on the same page, and makes it easy to present complex information clearly.

Lucid helps solve the problem of miscommunication by making it easy to visualize ideas, processes, and workflows. It saves time, keeps my team aligned, and makes remote collaboration much clearer and more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucid is how seamlessly it brings teams together—no matter where they are. The combination of Lucidchart and Lucidspark allows us to move from brainstorming to execution in one unified space. I especially appreciate the real-time collaboration features, intuitive interface, and deep integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Jira. It’s incredibly easy to visualize complex ideas, align cross-functional teams, and keep everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is incredibly powerful, one area that could be improved is performance with very large or complex diagrams. Occasionally, when working with highly detailed visuals or multiple collaborators, the platform can become a bit sluggish. Additionally, while the integrations are strong, some advanced features require a bit of a learning curve or are only available on higher-tier plans, which might be limiting for smaller teams or startups.

It’s easy to use. Diagrams are good looking and clear. Many components to choose from. Great for making system diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price per user and month is too much and prevented its adoption at our company.

Allows to create architectural diagrams using components tailored for the tech used, e.g. AWS.
LuciD VCS makes process flows a cinch
What do you like best about the product?
The visual charts in Lucidcharts makes documenting process flows a cinch. I am able to take existing sample charts or existing charts we have an update them fairly quickly. I appreciate being able to make presentations engaging to watch and frankly enjoyable to implement as well. I'm able to use Lucid sofware weekly, if not daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a little bit to learn some of the features of Lucid Chart, I feel like there is a learning curve, but the products are fairly intuitive after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting work processes for us and clients and seeing how to improve bottlenecks in their processes.
One stop tool for all the elements required for brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Suite is a great tool to visualize your ideas and to take to the next level. The team feature is very useful; you don't need to keep your ideas in multiple forms - One sheet is good enough to cover everything. It's so convenient to use and the implementation is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain, I am liking it completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product owner, most of the time I lost my ideas in different data forms considering it as unsaved text documents or some pictures. Lucid Visual Suite helps a lot in collecting everything under umbrella and is solving a major problem. Even to brainstorm, a single tab works as a canvas to draw what is going on in an individual's mind.
Great collaboration tool I have ever worked with!!
What do you like best about the product?
I have recently migrated from one of the collaboration tool to Lucid, and I really liked the tool because of the ease of use. It is saving lot of my time with the pre designed templates. I can easily design my workshops and run sessions without wasting much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Azure integration seems to be not working fine, as few of my team members who are using also complained about the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me in creating templates from scratch, it is so flexible and I can customise the template according to my need. My team is able to understand the problem statement easily with the work flow diagrams which I draw over in Lucid.

What do you like best about the product?
Very happy to contribute with my co-workers and customers in creating amazing diagrams from various well designed templates using just a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any disadvantages with this.
