Much better than Visio
What do you like best about the product?
I've found lucid very easy to use to create network diagrams, with added benefit of various logos being available already to add in. Having used Visio in the past, Lucid seems a better product and it also allows easy sharing of content for colleagues to review/edit
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding text boxes can be a little confusing as you are unsure where they are being added

Being able to draw network diagrams quickly and able to share with colleagues to review

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how easy it is to visualise ideas with lucid. Interface is really cool and simple. It really turns complex diagrams to simple. Also it really speeds up in decision making and improves clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing that i felt that is bit concerning whenever i use for complex diagrams things get slow down a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the problems it helps are it turns complex ideas into simplae and clear visuals and instead of having diagrams in one tool, notes in anaother and chats somewhere else it makes easy.
Very intuitive tool for creating flowcharts

It was very easy to figure out and very intuitive compared to other similar tools I’ve tried in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more of a free trial. Nothing specifically that i disliked about the actual product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out processes for creating new products within shopify and across teams, made it clear and easy to see the entire process

What do you like best about the product?
There is a wide selection of templates available, which makes it easy for me to create charts and graphs to visualize concepts and plan workflows. I now use it frequently to present ideas visually to both my customers and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything major to complain about, but occasionally I find myself accidentally clicking on the wrong object or having difficulty rotating it. This is probably due to my inexperience, as I'm still new to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use it to help my customers visualize complex concepts. When I need to explain how something functions, having a visual representation makes it much easier for them to grasp the idea.

What do you like best about the product?
lucid provides a strong foundation with intuitive tools and ready to use templates. the customer journey mapping templates are especially helpful. collaboration is at the heart of lucid. My team members can easily invite others to work on the same map and make real time contributions and keep everyone aligned. lucid is powerful with its capability to integrate with cross channel, real time analytics to ensure the journey maps are actual data and not just theoretical.
What do you dislike about the product?
i could only think of one minor suggestion for lucid. it could broaden its integration capabilities to more popular communication and project management tools. i believe it would make the experience far more streamlined and cohesive for cross functional teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lucid integrates with analytics tools so my maps reflect real time data and not any assumptions. this has improved the accuracy of my strategies. Recently, i compared the journey of a first time user vs a power user in one map. this helped me tailor onboarding flows without duplicating effort. I pulled engagement metrics directly into the journey map to validate which touchpoints needed optimization. This data backed approach impressed leadership during the review. lucid's native chat and external integration reduce tool switching. feedback stays in context which speeds up decision making process.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using it for whiteboarding and with Lucidchart. It's great that we can collaborate in real time and see each other's edits. The new AI feature is also a nice addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is noticeable lag when the diagram grows large, which can be frustrating. The pricing is quite high, and learning the software is challenging due to the steep learning curve and the sheer number of available tools.

What do you like best about the product?
lucid helps to visualize incident workflows and root cause analysis making it smooth to share solutions with the team. Diagrams can be shared with non technical team members without requiring them to install anything which is great for onboarding and training. Real-time editing avoids delays and miscommunication when working with developers, security and operations team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting diagrams in certain formats like high resolution PNG or SVG can sometimes require extra steps pr premium access. Otherwise, it is a great tool.

Lucid supports me a lot in documenting and communicating complex system level diagrams and troubleshoot workflows. Before, creating network diagrams or system maps was time-consuming and often required specialized tools that weren't easy to share. Now, I can quickly build clear diagrams, collaborate with other teams in real time and help everything stored in one place. This speeds up root cause analysis reduces miscommunication and makes onboarding new team members much easier.
