I sometimes struggle to find the right icon sets for the tools I am using, or import those icons. I also struggle with the data connection tools, and pre-defined templates.

Seamless Collaboration with Room for Performance Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love the seamless adoption of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which quickly integrated into my workflow and my colleagues’. I appreciate the intuitive drag and drop interface, alongside the vast library of templates that make diagramming and collaboration effortless for any project. The cloud-based setup was incredibly smooth, especially with the SSO integration that links with our corporate directory like Azure, facilitating an easy enterprise rollout without the hassle of software installations. The collaborative diagrams keep everyone on the same page, with real-time updates that integrate well with tools like Confluence and Microsoft Teams, serving as a visual source of truth. The intelligent diagramming feature turns static diagrams into dynamic living documents, linking data in real-time, which is crucial for quick decision-making. Lastly, the comprehensive guide and video resources helped accelerate onboarding and ease the learning curve for many users.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"I would like to see improvements in performance and fluidity when dealing with extremely large and complex diagrams. The current web-based application struggles under heavy loads, which is a significant pain point for advanced technical and process mapping use cases.","During scenarios where a team of eight to ten people are simultaneously editing complex business protocol models, the application can stall for a few seconds, especially when major changes are made. This lag in performance disrupts the rhythm of meetings and pushes teams toward a less efficient, turn-based editing approach."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to solve outdated documentation issues and enhance cross-team alignment with real-time collaboration in a hybrid environment, making diagrams dynamic and integrating seamlessly with tools like Jira and Microsoft Teams.
A great platform for diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Although I can't speak much on the other aspects of the Visual Collaboration Suite, I can say that Lucidchart has been a great tool for diagramming. As a student, I use it as my main tool for drawing flowcharts, and for this purpose, it's simple to use and offers a clean solution. Additionally it's nice to have real time collaboration, so others can work on the same flowchart at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The other aspect of the collaboration suite -- Lucidspark, has not yet been of use to me. While I do see how some people may see benefits in using such a tool, I still stand by more traditional forms of idea sharing (discussions, ideation on paper) that do not make use of an additional program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the problem of drawing a clean and organized flowchart which showcases different paths effectively. I've tried solutions such as drawing flowcharts by hand and other flowchart applications but have always returned to Lucidchart for its nice UI, ease of use, and collaboration features.
So far the features have been great.
What do you like best about the product?
All features are just a fingertip away, readily accessible to enhance your experience. Whether you're seeking productivity tools, entertainment options, or communication resources, everything you need is conveniently located at your fingertips. This seamless integration of technology ensures that you can easily navigate and utilize various functionalities without any hassle, making your tasks simpler and more efficient. Enjoy the freedom and flexibility that comes with having everything you need just a touch away!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the actions are too sensitive to input like the direction flow arrows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a whole, it is streamlining our company organization between departments.
Effective collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a very effective tool for drawing out structured diagrams. We have had several clients use it for sharing process maps and flowcharts. The free version of the platform gives a good array of functionality and will enable you to make a judgement on whether this is the right software for you. It's easy to use and to get moving quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found the Lucidspark whiteboarding functionality to be quite as good as Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is an effective tool for clients to map existing processes and flows. In so doing, this enables us to quickly gain a "current state" understanding so we can more efficiently and quickly move into how the current state can be improved.
It’s good but not great.
What do you like best about the product?
I’m pretty new to the Lucid Visual Suite but my short experience has had its ups and downs. Lucidchart seems like a solid program for minds maps and collaborative projects and Lucidspark seems like it’d be good for a team meeting to go over what’s happened.
What do you dislike about the product?
I also have my peeves, but they’re small. My main issue is that the iPad app (where I’ll be using it most) is not available for free or individual users. Using the web portal is a bit annoying but manageable. But I’d prefer if the iPad app was opened up to free and individual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven’t really explored the suite but I do find chart better to use instead of pen and paper for my schoolwork. It’s just easier and more efficient.
Seamless Interface Enhances Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the seamless and intuitive user interface of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which is simple and easy to understand without needing extensive reading. The interface significantly aids my day-to-day activities and boosts my creativity as expected. I appreciate how seamlessly it facilitates team interactions and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see longer free trials and make the service more cost-effective. It should be affordable to a broader audience, not just a select group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to enhance communication and creativity, crucial for my day-to-day activities and team interaction.
