Good product
What do you like best about the product?
I used to create process flows and i liked it

The learning cuve it has, also how its not so easy to get around it

Fee flowing ideas turned into visual graphs, charts and diagrams

Only 2 dimensional- would like for it to be 3D capable to be able to map an area more completely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving illustrations to employees on our warehouse and organizational strategies.
The platform has been quite useful clarifying site issues.
What do you like best about the product?
Primarily the above. It's also very straightforward and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Menu bars could be clearer. Icons are not easily distinguished one from another as they're a bit faint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarifies installations for me and the client.

Powerful and Very Useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like it mainly because it is relatively easy to use. The easy-to-use drag-and-drops and the measuring tools are helpful. I can't say I've used it too much aside from creating an organizational chart, but I am excited to try other features.
What do you dislike about the product?
While easy to use, I wish the tutorials were more intuitive. And maybe I can't find them, but there don't seem to be enough training tutorials. I wish there was an easier way to find them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has been around for a long time, and we have continually grown, however, our internal systems have not evolved to match our growth. Lucidchart is helping us get organized and creating a better, scalable structure within our company.
LucidChart is an actually usable online UML creation tool.
What do you like best about the product?
That my changes are automatically synced to my team's drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No desktop companion app, would like to see where I could work offline and when possible could be synced to the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having cloud sync saved folder allows my to send drafts to my supervisors and they can quickly review without jumping through hoops

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart allows me to get the thoughts out of my head in an easy way so that I can show others what I am trying to achieve. It has helped me be able to visualize our processes in my new role.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes is hard to move things around in Lucid chart without it getting all mixed up - however I am new to lucid chart and so I might still just be learning how to do things properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me be able to show that processes we are currently doing in the company and most importantly at a glance we are able to see what gaps there are. I am using it to brain storm ideas with the team on the gaps in our processes
Collaboration made simple
What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to create a visually pleasing diagram/flowchart/etc during meetings. Using sticky notes allows for all users to contribute easily to a workshop without much prior teaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is so flexible to create a large board to capture many items. It would be extremely useful to allow users to follow BPMN symbols to capture processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing collaboration from all parts of the business to define a new to-be process for the business to operate on. Using visio was difficult to distribute and Lucid allows all info to be kept online
Good, solid platform for collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative nature allowed my team to brainstorm ideas and see how they developed more naturally than if we had done it simply over a call. The team could work collectively using the post it and signposted areas to flag ideas and give feedback while a single member was talking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features we were excited to use were locked beind the premium version which felt a little restrictive. Specifically the timelines feature would have been especially useful when planning our timetable for our charity livestream.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidSpark allowed us to free-form generate ideas through sticky notes, sort those ideas into categories and visually represent out best and most supported ideas easiy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can collaborate with others in real-time, so I can quickly get feedback on my ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it enough to find some cons. It's been helpful for my purpose so far.

It's helping me reorganise and better visualise the org chart.

The post-it notes are my favorite feature.

Has a lot of similar features to Lucidcharts. So there isn't a lot to dislike as this is user friendly.
