Cloudbased diagram creator
What do you like best about the product?
So many templates, colors and attractive premade designs on a browser-based software. Can access all my charts on any device without having to have the software installed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internet connection is a must, but due to it being a browser-based software, you can lose work if your internet connection drops or the site goes down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes our ideas and future projects for the whole team, while making them eye catching and simplified.
Best online diagram and chart creator
What do you like best about the product?
Premade templates and charts to input info. Everything is neat and clean with no annoying ads! Much better than using Microsoft Word to put together a chart, plus it's browser based so no downloading any software and I can access my charts from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
No offline access - must be connected to the internet to download your charts (but you can still edit offline)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to input information into flowcharts instead of making one from scratch is a huge timesaver!
My review for lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
I used Lucidchart for designing a flowchart on a project I'm currently working on. This is actually the first time I'm creating a flowchart so I didn't really have any experience in it. I was using Microsoft word first and it took about 3-4 hours to get the work done and all my arrows weren't straight and each time I make little changes on it. Several things get scattered. I obviously had to look another better option and the first thing I saw on Google was Visio, I also have the Microsoft office package 2019 installed on my PC but visio isn't part of it so I went back to my search and picked the next which was Lucidchart. Created my account in a minute and it showed me a brief tutorial on how it works. Nothing too long that you'd get bored of. And, in a minute, I knew my way around and designed my flow chart in minutes. Also, when my internet went away for a while. It allowed me continue designing and saved my progress when my internet came back on.
So in summary, I love it for being easy to use

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been using Lucidchart for a long time like that but the only few things I saw on it that i disliked was
1. Exporting a large flow diagram (say about 2-3 pages) as PDF. I first exported my
first flow chart as PDF and it was quite long so it entered a new page. It. And out cutting my design. It cut my shapes, so, half of a particular shaper was on page 1 and the other half was on page 2. So I had to use the png option which came out as one long picture
Secondly, I couldn't export my flow chart when my internet was gone even after activating the "offline mode" so I had to look for an internet source to export my project.

Lucidchart really made my work look neat and made me seem like a pro at designing flowcharts. And I'm just an amateur 😁. Now, a few of my colleagues are giving me their work to design for them because the saw how neat mine was.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is the best browser based chart creator I've found so far. Being able to share and edit with the team is fantastic without everyone needed software downloaded on their devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it's a browser-based software, the speed and ease is based off your internet connection and computer; because of that sometimes the app can chug and lose connection.

LucidChart is a cloud-based service that allows creating diagrams of various types. I started using Lucidchart since I started my degree and it has been nothing but wonderful working with it. Lucidchart is a cloud-based tool which means that there's no need to download or update it. You can use it anywhere at any time you want. It also provides the feature to work with others simultaneously. There are several options to save the results and it contains a diversity of various shapes, which means you can almost draw anything with it.
Lucidchart also has dedicated support for you if you ever face a problem. Lucidchart also facilitates revision history by tracking your progress. So, you can reverse any changes that you need. or can look through who has done what on a particular diagram. This tool is highly customizable and provides security on your data as well. Overall, Lucidchart is one of the best diagramming tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far my experience with the program has been good. But there are some things that need to be improved. I really hope if they would introduce a desktop application because you need to have an internet connection in order to access this. And also, sharing files with other users sometimes can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I'm currently reading my degree in Information Technology, I had to create thousands of diagrams such as Use case diagrams, Class diagrams, Flowcharts, High-level diagrams, Architecture diagrams, etc. I was able to achieve the tasks easily with the help of Lucidchart. The fact that it has a free edition and has attractive and a vast variety of shapes helped me through my problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I personally recommend Lucidchart to anyone in need of a diagramming tool because this is the best. Lucidchart contains a variety of shapes which are attractive and is very easy to use. It is able to save the created diagram with any format you like.
Visio in the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a fantastic tool that allows anyone to mockup nearly anything. I love how easy it is to seamlessly build and share flowcharts. As a Mac user, I appreciate having Lucidchart, since Visio isn't really an option. I also appreciate how easy it is to collaborate with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and packaging options don't always make sense for our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Lucidchart to build flowcharts, user experience outlines, UI mockups, presentation animations, and even artistic mockups. The use cases are limitless.
Super easy to use - free version has everything I need
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is so simple to use! I use it to map out my drip marketing plans and it's perfect for that. I just use the free version and it has almost everything I need. Everything is drag and drop, which makes is incredibly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to share the charts with my colleagues, without them even being able to edit, in the free version. It's such a simple ask. Downloading and printing your charts can also be a bit buggy occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is literally the only tool that fit my needs to mapping out my drip marketing and sales flows.

Experiment with the free version to be sure it has everything you need!
Excellent web app for making diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
There are drag and drop symbols and shapes and many templates to choose from. Flowchart making is very easy through Lucidchart. User interface is intuitive and clean. Collaboration is also easy.

The free version has limited features and integrations.

Very good for creating charts for presentations

The best platform to design
What do you like best about the product?
Without a doubt, it is the best platform to design for its great variety to create, with a clear and intuitive interface, it is also compatible with IOS and Android, with Lucidchart you can perform: flow charts, mental maps, diagrams among other things. Without a doubt, it is excellent, I even recommended my students

It is capable of materializing any project however it may be that in the most complex store to slow down and get you out of the software. It also has a very free feature limited

The designs I manage to finish very short, I have a panel of very contextual tools It also allows me to easily induce and train others to grow with this excellent software, I have been able to save time and have order of everything. Also, everything mentioned before is very profitable, an option that you can not miss

Thanks to Lucidchart and his excellent benefits I have learned more to make designs of any type counting on the collaboration in real time that they offer you, once the tests do not stop using them. If you need to make diagrams and different designs this is on the site indicated
Lucidchart helps document processes
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Lucidchart very helpful for documenting our internal processes. It has helped us clarify and resolve points of confusion in our processes and has provided clear information to refer back to for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when text that we want associated with a particular shape doesn't fit ideally, but we have been able to refine our content and are overall pleased with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are documenting internal processes and it has provided a much more clear reference that can be shared and easily digested.
