Excellent Diagrams to the order of the day
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to create flowcharts, it allows you to share them to your team through the platform, it has several diagram options that fit your needs are the characteristics that I like most about this platform
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complex to manage the diagrams if you have many elements in it, you can accidentally move lines that you did not want to move, it should be more fluid movement to avoid obstructing the changes made in the diagrams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can plan the planning of my work in a flowchart and share it with the rest of my work team, put forward project ideas through mental maps that help us to have a general vision of the activities we must undertake. For my team it has been very easy to visualize the lines of work through the diagrams and to do it using this platform is simply incredible
An easy way to assemble and edit flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the easiest softwares that I have used, it has multiple predesigned forms, simply drag to the center of the document the image you need, the connectors and edit the texts.
In addition to being able to draw up structural organization charts, different types of diagrams and mental maps can be made.
It can be easily linked to the email account and other office 365 software

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to load the documents, and depending on the complexity of the document that is being developed, it hangs up (you must have a good internet connection) if you do not have a connection, you can not use this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the administrative supervision that I have at a national level, you must have a clear order of the functions, schedules and spaces where each staff is located, and depending on the rotation of the same, the organizational charts must be updated, with Lucidchart this task has been made easy . And I can share it digitally immediately with the team via web.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In addition to using it for any help to design a diagram, add the work team that collaborates in the daily tasks, associate it with the email account that is used frequently

What do you like best about the product?
The program is really easy to use, with a beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing UI. It has an abundance of features, and the ability to make a variety of good, useful diagrams, which could be used in a board meeting while looking at home among diagrams made by other professional software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downloadable option, so the computer must have an active internet connection to be able to use the program. Also, it lacks a few key diagram options, which are possible to do but are made a lot more difficult by the program's lack of support for these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have made sure that all of the information presented to the company executives is easy to read and understand, and is visualized in a fresh, interesting way. It has increased the professionalism of my presentations, and that of my colleagues.

It is a very powerful software, which is a great addition to any team
Lucidchart reminds me of a Google docs,only this isn’t free.
What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucidchart very easy to use and intuitive. The cloud based nature perfectly fits into my needs,as it makes it so easy to work on diagrams,maps and flows while on the move.I can also easily collaborate with multiple persons on mapping tasks remotely.It is fairly priced for individuals,likewise for teams.
I like it’s template library and while it isn’t as large as that of Edraw max,Lucidcharts cloud based state makes it the better diagramming software for me.Overall,Lucidchart is to diagramming what Google docs is to word processing,

What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart completely meets my needs,except that I do not get to use it too often and sometimes go weeks without a need to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart to test my ideas and concepts by process mapping them.
Lucid Chart is a poor man’s Visio

Free basic option great for start ups. Loved that it works well enough for process flows and low fi mockups.

Use it if your only other choice is google apps or PowerPoint.
Inexpensive alternative for diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The interface is laid out nicely and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there is not much to complain about for the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of contractors for various projects and it is much cheaper to grant them a temporary Lucidchart license. I am then able to re-purpose the license to someone else once the contract is up.

It is a simple and practical tool that allows you to make any type of diagrams, flows, mental maps. Includes predesigned templates at your disposal according to the work to be done, to use them with the information you need, you just have to drag the amount of elements you need to the center of the screen and fill in the spaces with text, you can add the team work to edit the information together, as well as share and work with the tools of google and other integrations that has this program
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version for project leaders, with a usage limitation of 25 mb for storage, should be extended a bit more. In general, it is a very good tool

It helps activate and develop teamwork, it is an excellent option to clearly establish workflows in a specific project. Integrating a minimum team of 5 people

Work with the integrations of other products offered by Lucidchart, and store externally the work done so as not to quickly occupy the capacity of the account

I love that it lays out the horizontal lanes for you, making it easy to see every part of the process
