Well-organized program to get my thoughts flowing
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it was to implement my thoughts on this program.

Did not provide enough features or features that were difficult to find.

The business problems I solving was a class assignment figuring out how to label and organize my work.
Best online whiteboard for teaching
What do you like best about the product?
Since the pandemic started, online teaching has been nothing but a challenge. After trying several online whiteboards, I didn't find anyone with all the features I was looking for. Then, I found Lucid Spark. I loved it since the very first class. I wasn't just easy to use, it allowed me to emphasize titles and keywords, create forms, insert pictures and many other cool features. Today, online teaching is no longer a challenge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see an update that allow Lucid Spark to create tables and allow students to interact with the whiteboard without asking them to create and account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, teaching. However, it has also helped me to organize my ideas before presenting Content Marketing plans. It is an easy alternative to do mind maps and charts freely. As it is an empty canvas where you can do anything you like, the benefits would completely be up to the user.
Game changer for developing strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucid charts for visualizing process flows, org charts, and milestone timelines and its is exceptionally easy to use compared to other applications.
Most recently I have facilitated several strategy workshop series where we used the virtual white boarding features and it was a game changer - especially in this current all virtual work environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Lucid Spark and Lucid chart have some functionality in one and not the other I would love to see combined together.
I also would love to see some more sophisticated upload functionality to automate visualization of project plans

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to zoom in and out of an expansive whiteboard space means I can capture different clusters of related ideas and information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the same color options for the sticky notes as are offered for the flowchart shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can make order of out chaos by capturing lots of different thoughts and organizing them in a variety of ways.
Great for Collaborative Organizational Vision Boarding

It is easy to collaborate with my remote team.

So far haven't found anything that I don't like.

Our management team shares a board to plan and prioritize the projects, plans, and coordinate our vision for our law firm.

The intuitive and clean UI. Makes brainstorming or mapping out workflows a breeze.

Not much. The app could be a bit better as it’s only lucid chart for now.

Great Tool For Engineer
What do you like best about the product?
I often have to pull information from several different sources in my job. Often, I will use the information and then not need it again for weeks at a time. Lucidspark is allowing me to create virtual notebooks for different procedures. This is saving tons of time writing procedures or notes because I'm simply doing screengrabs of the relevant information and saving to a Lucidspark file. Much quicker than typing or writing all of this down.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not crazy about the separate subscriptions for both Lucidspark and Lucidchart. I first paid for Lucidchart (which is a great app in its own right) but then found that Lucidspark works better in my situation. So it cost me two subscriptions to sort out what worked best for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm Controls Engineer and I'm using Lucidspark to aggregate data/instructions from multiple sources into single files.
Lucid Spark is a amazing tool to hammer out all your ideas and prototypes.

The thing that I most like is the variety of themes and templates available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page gets slow, it takes some seconds to open a file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create mind maps, canvas, annotations and boards faster than ever.

Explore and enjoy the templates. Probably you'll find one that fits your needs.
