Easy collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate on a flow and share it externally

Limited integrations to view it from elsewhere

The ability to collaborate on a complex process and help with brainstorming
Streamlined and easy to use, allowing me to go from idea to creation, faster.
What do you like best about the product?
I personally like its ease of use best along with the ability to collaborate in real-time with team members is a significant advantage. Also, the commenting and chat functions provide a platform for discussion and feedback within the tool itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucidchart is excellent for most use cases, it can sometimes lag or become less responsive when working on very large diagrams with many elements. This could be improved for a smoother user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Graduate Software Engineering student, it primarily benefits me when designing software components. It allows me to make coherent models, flow charts, and other relevant diagrams that directly impact how I implement software.
Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I created a chart to map out three different systems for my company in a way that allows for someone who is a novice in terms of these products and created a chart that allowed for more straightforward explanations. Lucidchart was very easy to use in terms of this for me to convey my idea to new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating larger projects, this can get jumbled up and messy. Figuring out a way to make things more transparent for more significant projects would be most beneficial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assists in allowing users to easily create charts to be able to communicate ideas without clearly the use of dull schemes and layouts. This has saved me a lot of time since I usually use PowerPoint to create these charts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly lucid chart is when building process maps and other diagrams. Its easy to format the words and bubbles. I also like the wide variety of shapes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid chart sometimes can be finicky with the arrows, its not always the easiest to line the bubbles up perfectly to get the arrows to be straight which annoys me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid chart helps me demonstrate processes to coworkers who are not familiar with our team's processes and we can easily see how to make our processes more streamlined.
Most user friendly diagramming app
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - Once I share anything with my new partners, they can easily use it and I don't have to explain all the hows of the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Able to connect to more databases, preferred if a JDBC connection is there.

Entity relationship quick diagrams. I love to build that for data customers.
Good charting tool

automatically expands the page in whichever direction necessary to fit the chart

always freezes my computer temporarily while loading or opening a lucidchart

Solid Product for flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
Great for remote teams. It makes contributing asynchoronously a seamless experience.The way it allows you to illustrate ideas is extremely effective, and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little hard to be able to find all the features, which makes the learning curve a bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving problems of remote work, making it easier for geographically mixed teams to collaborate together
Using Lucidchart for floor planning
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is extremely intuitive. I like it for its ease of use. I can create a floor plan in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart is lacking some basic floorplanning tools that I think could be easily added. I've made multiple requests for these additions but perhaps Lucidchart is not interested in developing the floorplanning aspect of its software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an interior design firm. Lucidchart provides a super simple floor planning tool that allows us to create basic floor plans for clients in just minutes.
Lucidchart is pretty good!
What do you like best about the product?
The easy usage of Lucidchart is the best. I don't have to train too much or go into depth with any of our new colleagues on how to use this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I find everything very good to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is helping our organization with creating amazing workflows and charts that helps our teams. This benefits me because I am a Product Expert and either often need to review or edit charts for certain product features that I am in charge of.
