Awesome collaboration for network engineering team.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use being able to create detailed network diagrams. Being able to share documents with appropriate access rights both internal and external.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more built in stencils related to networking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share charts and diagrams across different levels of the organization.

I like that I can work in any place, I can start the work in mi house and finish it in the office.

At this moment, I don't find some thing that dislike me about the tool.

We can make diagrams of our products or services very fast and we can share with the team to make improves or changes.

It's a great tool, your team can improve their performance and work together at the better way.
Its like if visio and illustrator had a child

The simplicity of it all, being able to access my documents wherever and the flexibility to do several things on the same software, from wireframes to process mapping

When a document is very large and has several objects, it lags a lot

The need for a process diagramming tool and a mockup tool at the same time, all that whilst keeping look and feel flexibility

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is an intuitive and easy to use way to communication information quickly. You can build out a base diagram in a few minutes and share it with others for quick collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the newer integrations are still a bit weak and could use some tweaking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses Lucidchart to put concepts to paper and look at the interaction between cross-functional teams. In doing this we have pinpointed ares of overlap (wasted time) and gaps in the process where confusion grows. Mapping out these processes before we change anything allows us to share the concepts with the organization before any resources are impacted from the change.
Basic flow charts and smart charts
What do you like best about the product?
Mainly I use this software to create status reports for projects I manage
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple times I have experienced smart charts removing the applied rules or disappearing altogether. I've had to rebuild my reports a couple times or apply formatting via the toolbar rather than rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily create status reports that are readily accepted and understood by upper management
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try it in several different ways. It does a good job of integrating with data on spreadsheets as a way of maintaining the information in some of the charting options.
One of the most complete apps for flowcharts and everything
What do you like best about the product?
Using lucidchart is like buying a sophisticated bpm for paying much less for that. You have hundreds of graphs, tools, charts, flowcharts to use for your company or entrepreneurship that will look great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was trying to integrate lucidchart with google drive but I couldn't. They didn't have the IDEF0 graphs for process workflows which is also useful sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me a lot with making the process flowchart for every division in the company that allow us to identify the key points that we have to improve. Also, I used the canvas business model graph to understand how do we operate. Some graphs as value stream mapping and organizational charts to illustrate the strategic changes in the company. I would recommend it for everyone who works for a continuous improvement division.

Definitely really useful and cheap, there's plenty of priceless tutorials that will teach you how to use every tool that lucidchart offers.

I like the pixel perfect snapping of the chart elements.

The design of the interface could be better and modernised

Great tool, affordable.
Lucidchart is easy to use and gives my clients the visuals they need

I love that I can easily give a client a visual of a process workflow without having to articulate it with words.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the need for so many clicks. I probably need to dive deeper into the templates though.

I’m using lucid chart for technology/human workflows. It’s easy to share a visual with another individual.
Easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to make visio charts, and how it breaks down what the different shapes mean.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the pricing, and what you get for the free version versus the paid version, it almost makes it so you have to have the paid version if you'd like to do any kind of charts

Being able to illustrate processes quickly and easily.
Easy way to streamline wordy data!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly this website is. When I first signed up someone emailed me right away making sure I understood the software and if I had any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t use lucid chart enough to realize any limitations at this point in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was creating a rather lengthy process at work and after documenting this in words I found it show much easier to layout and explain in my lucid chart.
I continue to utilize Lucidchart as a way to bring words to life. My team learns best if I can SHOW them a process rather than TELL them, and this software helps me do exactly that. It's extremely user friendly and there's no reason your presentations shouldn't look professional at the end since Lucidchart guides you along the way.
