Range of useful tools
What do you like best about the product?
Process charts - the templates are useful for getting started

It would be useful to be able to have more presentational templates

Process mapping is really useful, and swimlane development

Currently the entire team is collaborating in suggesting features for the upcoming site using sticky notes
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we were able to do more with features as we are currently using the free version. The trial period is only 1 week for comments I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to work remotely and collaborate on various arguments, which was our biggest problem.

Best tool for white boarding, collaboration and more
I just started to work with this software and it is amazing especially now during the pandemic.

You are able to work with your colleagues on a project even if you working from home office.

The overview and layout could be a bit better.

the connecting and getting in touch is really and especially in a bigger meeting it is running fast and without any problems.

Try out the whiteboard with your colleagues. It is amazing.
User Friendly

Lucidspark was ver user friendly. I love that all the templates were easy to use and visually appealing

The only downside I found using the business model canvas was that I couldn't zoom in

Great Collaboration Tool

collaborate remotely during a team meeting

can get messy at times, so continuously needing to rearrange during collaboration can sometimes be frustrating

creating process maps to identify how my team works and how to deliver appropriate services to providers
Intuitive and Collaborative Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and easy to use, leaving less time spent on learning how to use the platform, and more time on productivity. Overall, it has a level of familiarity similar to that of Draw.IO, and Strategyzer, with the added benefit of having more features to aid collaboration, and a wide selection of templates like the business model canvas, customer journey map, and PESTEL analysis to name a few.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am quite disappointed in the amount of storage made available for the paid subscription, however, this is balanced out with the sheer amount of features made available such as a presentation builder, voting system, and breakout boards (for firing ideas). Moreover, the colour selector for the drawing tool could be improved slightly, just by adding an RGB slider, likewise for the sticky notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far I have been using the platform to create a lean canvas model for my project. I have been working on it with a colleague, and I have had no issues navigating the menus, or various tools available. The project updates in real-time, which, unlike some platforms makes it much easier to work on different parts of the model, especially since my team is working from home.

For those early-stage businesses looking to analyse their feasibility in the market, this platform has many different models that can be used to better illustrate some of the considerations made.
For businesses that are new to a market, this platform offers you a good way of illustrating key findings from any analysis performed.

A "must have" for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and powerful. It allowed you to easily share ideas and sketches at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User Interface is a bit "old style".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily share ideas/sketches with colleagues from all over the world. We feel like being around the same table.

An implementation in MS Teams would be fantastic!
