There are a limited number of 'stickers' that can be used
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to use it to create a form of mindmap to create a new business function
A no-brainer for creative teams.
What do you like best about the product?
All documents, notes, and handwritten sketches are readily available to review and share in one clutter-free space.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more on other products, but more integrations would be nice, mostly for products that I haven't chosen but am required to use professionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interdepartmental communication has flourished with Lucidspark where it once was often difficult to interpret what different groups like creative, sales, or customer service was trying to communicate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not all customers are used to get a link to a web portal, in order to view a project deliverable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is one of my favorite diagraming tools.
I use it mostly when I want to make a complex site map for a new product I’m working on.
You can also use it to present artifacts from your research, and make a cool inspiration board.

LucidChart Whiteboarding Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the completely open canvas and the ability to use a stylus to draw freely. Connecting thoughts this way is much like using a digital dry-erase board. I really like the containers, which help me compartmentalize the aspects of a project for easy viewing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like LucidSpark is a bit redundant in it's purpose. I have been using LucidChart to do this long before spark was available. While there isn't the freestyle drawing aspect in LC, there are templates, such as the mind map, that achieve the same goal for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is using Lucidspark to hash out marketing tools for a new project we're working on. We have been able to collaborate in a more free-style fashion because of the nature of the program. I can see myself using this tool to collaborate on gathering requirements and rough drafts of burgeoning ideas.
Digital whiteboard to simplify the collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
I love collaborating on charts. It's to be reviewed usually by many individuals when developing operations therefore folks truly notice your procedure chart, comment on it as well as recommend changes, actually make adjustments within Lucidspark. It's additionally exciting that a lot of functionalities and integrations are currently offered to me but which I can preserve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see whether community users are able to make suggestions about what they really want to find out on the guides based on the type of theirs of industry. I am aware of guides ought to be big so that they are able to be of wider use, but I also believe that individuals are able to make use of them a lot more for most Lucidspark's products in case you are able to filter by industry. It should not be very extensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The previous templates are fantastic for producing suggestions on how Lucidspark is further implemented into the different processes of ours, and also for our person education. It was a fantastic tool to explain procedures on the staff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan the chart of yours in advance so that you do not have way too many changes to make. I find it requires a very long time in case I'm very distant from the process of mine and have significant changes to generate to rearrange the styles into the correct order.
Great organization tool with many uses!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is super intuitive and easy to learn. There are a ton of templates that give you an idea of where to start, but there's also a ton of flexibility to create as you see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing isn't very flexible, and licenses have to be purchased in sets of 3 or 5. We also found ourselves having to merge two accounts and this was not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidchart to visualize our organization's structure and processes. Lucidchart has great tools for visualizing hierarchies, and we use that feature a lot. Most of our other uses have to do with flow diagrams that detail our processes.
It's a Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
The upside is the ease of use and the ability to manipulate parameters flexibly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be overwhelming to evaluate everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark helps us understand what everyone is working on by placing all of our work on a common whiteboard.
Excellent as free starter tool for students and new business analysts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has a large bank of industry-standard diagram templates, many of them available in the free version. The interface is very easy to learn, and it is easy for me as a teacher and trainer to show students how to create specific diagrams. After a quick demonstration, they are able to continue working independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more than three diagrams supported in the free version, to allow potential users to explore the tool's capabilities before making a decision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching students and coaching my clients. Many of them only start learning about business or data analysis and are not ready to invest in an expensive diagramming tool yet.
Make easier the construction of my thesis architectures images
What do you like best about the product?
That I don't need to install anything on my computer, work even on the smartphone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit imposed on the student account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create architectures images and UML charts. It is easier than other tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a safe bet when creating images to use in any research field.
Great way to diagram out complex processes
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work collaboratively on complex diagrams and use version control to track changes
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to be like Mural might not be the best move for Lucidchart. I see the two softwares having different use cases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving how to document processes that few in our company understood from end-to-end
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that everyone on your team is interested in using the product. Some may prefer PowerPoint and will be unwilling to learn another new software
