Very user friendly, quickly assemble logical thought diagrams, flowcharts, org charts, and more
What do you like best about the product?
how quickly I am able to assemble basic diagrams for a variety of purposes, as well as collaborate on them in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
not much really. The functionality of sharing with others is a little clunky, but that is a minor annoyance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
logical architecture diagrams, game rules flowcharts, thought maps.
Have been able to lay out thoughts or processes and share them easily with others. I especially like that the "page" just fits around whatever / wherever you started drawing - you arent running into page borders or zoom problems

Simply flexible and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
As a customer of Lucidchart, I found very useful Lucidspark as an integrated tool and to share ideas and take notes with my team
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion it can be improved in terms text formatting and shapes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am leveraging Lucidspark as a undefined whiteboard in brainstorming with all my notes, links among activities and priorities
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Lucidspark answers very well if you are looking for a digital whiteboard
More Versatile Than You Think
What do you like best about the product?
The template diagrams, along with the pre-defined symbols, make it very fast/easy to create architectural diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the template diagrams come with non-directional connection lines. When I try to add new lines, I can only find directional lines, so it looks weird with some being directional while others aren't. If non-directional lines are available, I don't find them easy to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can solve organizational problems with Lucidspark , which I did not expect. I was only expecting to be able to diagram architectures with it, but I have found myself creating the equivalent of a jira board with lucid chart.
Visual tool, ideal for virtual brainstormings
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, very visual, and gives the possibility to replicate a lot of things that you would do in a room with a whiteboard. So I found it ideal for remote teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't use the commenting feature in the free version. It's a pity as it limited its use a lot and unfortunately, it's unlikely we'll go for a premium version as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote brainstorming, 10-stone voting, prioritization, drawing flows...
Good for quick visuals
What do you like best about the product?
This is as simple as Google Slides, with more fine point options.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could get my coworkers to use it more, that would help. But we are a google centric organization so people rarely use non-google options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
white boarding, communicating, diagramming.
Cloud Team Collaboration done right!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of collaboration across teams with the ability to multiple things starting off from daily task tracking to Ideation and from Team Collaboration to Agile Planning
What do you dislike about the product?
Being heavily invested in the Microsoft world, there's no easy way for us to integrate Lucidspark with Teams and other apps. We still use it as an additional platform in conjunction with the existing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The coworking and coauthoring ability , ease of cross team collaboration for increased visibility and easily adding in process maps, decision tree flows or voting is very handy
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to start off by using the Individual Space and then move onto a paid team wise plan
Easy whiteboarding and gateway to fuller functionality in Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
Foremost it's easy and intuitive. A very clean interface with what I would expect from a whiteboarding tool (post it notes, freehand pen tool, basic shapes) along with some nice surprises (emoji reacts, voting, a timer, following participants around the board). If you are familiar with Lucidchart, think of that but most of the interface stripped away for a distraction free experience. If you're lucky enough to also have Lucidchart, the export to Lucidchart functionality is amazing - converts all your freehand into shapes so you can edit away.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nifty if some more light flowchart functionality was available in Spark, or if there was an option to smart convert a freehand diagram into a flowchart...but that might be a bit of a pipe dream. Voting functionality is a little unintuitive but has lots of potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People can be passionate about their own whiteboarding tool they are familiar with and shy away from more fully featured products like Lucidchart. Lucidspark is a great gateway for less familiar users to interact with the platform. Virtual whiteboarding helps my distrubuted team brainstorm and plan our roadmap from home as our physical office is closed.
Day to Day communication between teams via remote sessions made easier
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to replicate the things that we could do on a whiteboard or a paper and pencil on a remote session
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a guest account so people not having account with lucid can update the documents that you sent. Fact that one should have an account even to comment on the chnges for your design done in lucidpark is hindering the acceptance of the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem is exchanging the solutions for network/architecure designs over remote sessions
Great tool for flow charts!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to use unlimited canvas to draw larger charts and diagrams. Also, it has a variety of ways to download the created diagrams which is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any drawbacks yet. Works fine !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used lucidspark to draw flow diagrams. It really helped me to draw larger flow diagrams easily than other applications in the market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for drawing charts and diagrams.
Great product for Zoom meetings and working remote
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate on charts makes it is super easy to work together during a remote meeting. The fast & easy interface makes everything simple and productive. In addition, the integration to Lucidchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great tool and I don't have any dislikes but one feature can be super useful for me. It will be great if they will be able to get a short domain such as "lucidspark.new" which will open a new document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Lucidspark solves is that when we are working remotely, we need some white-board to solve problems at the R&D department, and Lucidspark is the perfect remote white-board, which makes our life easy and saves all our ideas & solutions.
