Ease of use, ability to collaborate, integration with slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still exploring the features of lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing and brainstorming designs.
Great for collaboration of ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual components and user-friendliness of LucidSpark as I get to brainstorm ideas with my coworkers and become able to share thoughts in a very functional way and it helps communication between different departments. I like looking around the board for sticky notes from different coworkers and how the ideas are interconnected with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm on the trial version, so I only have access to 60 items, wish I had more or if I could introduce the software to the company better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication problems, benefits are that you can easily shift around things like in a physical space.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it if you like collaborating with teammates on ideas and don't want to waste sticky notes
Lucid Chart is the best way to process map.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart is extremely easy to use and makes it easy to collaborate with a team. Process mapping is made simple and it gives you great direction. Workshopping process and also doing options assessments or overviews are extremely simple and it makes it easy to work with a team. There is also the opportunity to build any other kinds of visuals and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Lucid Chart. The only reason people might have a hard time using Lucid chart is because of the price. It is difficult to justify the price for start ups and small businesses which is sad because the tools are so useful and necessary to correctly build and implement process and other documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are great benefits in workshopping ideas with a team and this is great for all businesses who are looking to improve process and communication. This will solve the problem of miscommunication within a business and overall lucid chart will create alignment between different teams. As an intern I have found great benefits in learning how to create process and build roadmaps. I have also created visuals within Lucid Chart that are based on different overviews for projects that I can easily share with team members and receive feedback. This is also a great way to workshop new ideas and innovate current process as a team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best advice I can give is to read the section that gives you the definitions of all the different shapes.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like the product. perhaps a built in snip it function to make it more efficient to port to powerpoint. otherwise, building in a powerpoint functionality into the product would help

pitch decks for investors. it's been a game changer
Fantastic Collaboration with Lucidspark
What do you like best about the product?
Synchronous collaboration between colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
It took awhile to figure out the controls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a large committee, broken up into various working groups - this allows us all to (virtually) examine a problem, share ideas, and present out findings intuitively.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
The interaction with other software - especially documentation software.
What do you dislike about the product?
New user, therefore, I have not come across any dislikes so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation and repository management - including designing workflows.
For tech leaders or architects its the best tool to prototype diagrams, document software and flows
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to get familiar to, and useful, you really find very quick the tools, images, icons, you need for your diagrams.
The first time I used it, was to present a prototype of a new software, didn't have too much time, was a meeting unscheduled, but the amazing thing is that lucid spark did the job.
Since there, it's been my best friend to create diagrams very fast, and now my software is a little more documented and easy to get involved.
Another thing I like is the integration with third party apps, (slack, word, google drive etc) it is amazing !

What do you dislike about the product?
The web application is amazing and fast, and very intuitive, but one thing I don't like when I'm in areas where the internet is not very stable, its the lack of a offline version of the application, they already have an android and ios application, but they also require that you are connected to internet, or you wont be able to modify or even view your diagrams.
Some times the web user interface is buggy (but sometimes), when you select a shape and try to move it, it selects and moves the shape behind and not the first one you selected, when it happens it's annoying.
And the last thing I don't like there are shapes repeated, like if there were too many versions of the same shape (some Azure Shapes, or AWS shapes).

A picture is worth a thousand words, thanks to lucidspark it's very easy for me to explain software process flows, software architectures, integrations, infrastructure, everything related to our products, even explaining to non-technical people now is very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation would be: if you fix or give your users workarounds to these things I consider you can improve (The ones I dislike about your product), you can make a perfect solution.
But even now, you already have an amazing product for teach leaders like me.

Jamboard 2.0
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, Ike how much more liberating it is to be able to type out what I want without worrying too much about space or word count. While at first the infinite space kind of overwhelmed me, it has proved to become such a nice thing to have, especially when you have 30 other people working on the same LucidSpark simultaneously. I also liked how smooth the program was when many people were on the same board at once all working. Compared to Google products, the board doesn't seem as 'laggy' when it updates other people's edits onto your own screen, making it kind of seem like an actual, real-tine white board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The controls for maneuvering around were kind of confusing at first. I also did not liked seeing everyone's pointer/cursor move around constantly because it was sometimes kind of distracting and I wish we could switch the settings so that it would only appear if they make any edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using LucidSpark in a classroom setting with other peers. The norm has been using Google Jamboard but it has proven to have many issues, including the sticky note word count that gets really annoying and the limited space. Jamboard has multiple "slides" which help when overseeing group work, but when it comes to class collaboration, the large scale, free-range LucidSpark board works much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend this to other classrooms who are engaging in distance learning right now. It is a big step up from the typically-used Google Jamboard. Once LucidSpark adds a 'multiple slides' feature that can separate the board into smaller ones for group work, this program would be near-perfect. Having a large-scale board for all class members to collaborate on simultaneously is just much more intuitive than most other programs offered out there.
Exceptional ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid sparks interface is very easy to navigate through and helps me plan my work in a very effective way, my colleagues are on lucidspark too and we use it daily :)
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many good features in the product, sometimes it gets overwhelming to figure out which one to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been keeping a track of all the live tasks, and putting action items as post its for several projects
