Essential for COViD times
What do you like best about the product?
There are two meetings in my department for which a chalkboard/whiteboard is essential. I have replaced both with the Lucidspark board as we all meet virtually. I like that the boards can be shared with specific people, and it's easy to share my screen on Zoom so that everyone's looking at the same board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a little while to figure out that I could type directly on notes, so one of my boards has text superimposed on notes. They'll get cleaned up as time goes on and notes are edited or replaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one meeting, it worked so much better than the physical board that we will probably never go back! The ability to put information on "notes" and move them around during the meeting, plus the ability to populate the confidential board ahead of the meeting, were much better than our old way.

Hard to export to LucidChart. Still figuring out integrations.

Thus far I have nothing but positive feedback with Lucidpark. Specifically, the number one benefit I have realized is the teamwork and collaboration feature. After a strategy is determined we are able to work together simultaneously.
The BEST tool to get you ideas and processes organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is easy to use, visually appealing, and makes it incredibly easy to organize process maps, swim lane diagrams, and organize all of your ideas- tactical or strategic in one place! It has so many features available and allows you to collaborate with additional stakeholders on the same platform. It makes it easy to create a visual that will be professional and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have enjoyed all of the features and would like more in the free tier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was originally using another similar tool, but Lucidspark just took it to the next level. I went from trying to document and collaborating with multiple people across multiple channels and have consolidated in one. Sometimes, it is hard to navigate the features and functionality, but they are helpful nonetheless!
Why you should use LucidSpark!
What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed me to completely change how I manage my workload. In my current job role, I facilitate and manage multiple research projects. Lucidspark has allowed me to have one dedicated online workspace to not only mindmap all aspects of each individual research project, but note every single thought I have relating to the projects. Nothing ever gets forgotten! As someone who can struggle when managing multiple projects, Lucidspark has become the secret weapon in my arsenal to stay on top of my work whilst working more efficiently. As a result of this, I feel I have developed that boundary between work and personal time, which was something that had become blurred during the COVID times!! By working smarter and more efficiently I feel I have more time for my life outside of work, whilst my work quality has not had to suffer the consequences; if anything my work has improved!. Another feature I love, is that not only is it easy to navigate around and become accustom too, because it is online, and remote work is now the main working medium, I can essentially take it everywhere with me! It is much more convenient to had a single, dedicated, organised workspace, than to be carrying around a messy notebook with notes all over the place wondering whether or not I have brought my pen?! I really cannot recommend LucidSpark enough! My only criticism is that I wish I found it sooner!!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislikes for LucidSpark is that I believe the website could offer an improved tutorial. Although it is easy to navigate, a tutorial for those who are not tech savvy would be desirable. Additionally, Lucidspark could work on their promotion/advertisement. I really only found this app by luck, moving forward this App needs to be promoted on more obvious mediums and I truly believe this app is fantastic and more people need to be aware!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that have been solved are collaboration between multiple members of my team/lab. When collaborating, we can all share an interactive live mindmap. This allows us to note any additional information we may have as well as facilitating in innovation. Because we able to share and bounce ideas from each other, it has allowed us to stay up to date as well as invite other members to collab and share. Similar to the benefits mentioned above, not only has both my home and work life balance improved, the actual quality of my work has improved. I am able to be more efficient, more organised, make links and themes between working hypothesis as well as having a presentable piece of work/thinking that fellow colleagues can explore which can facilitate my work but also theirs. I truly believe this medium of applications is the future for improvement and innovation within the workplace.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you recommend to your colleagues that you are aiming to use this app. I am trying to get my Lab to use the team so we can collaborate at all times, whilst making sure that we are all up to date and aware of any changes have been made whether it may be removing ideas or adding new ideas to the mix. The more that use it the better. Id make sure that you start small with your own personal goals/projects just so you can get familiar with navigating your way around the app, playing around the the many templates that are available and learning your own personal preferences. Finally, id recommend taking the plunge and start using this app as soon as you can! it will revolutionise how you work!

I really enjoy the simplicity of creating graphics and flowcharts for my work.

Some of the features are not 100% intuitive but easy to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a lot easier to put ideas into graphical form using Lucidspark vs. typical word processing tools.

What I clearly like about this is being able to add images easily and share the same link with all the team members.

It doesn't feel 100% user friendly. Can improve a bit more.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to learn. There are a lot of videos to help you learn as well. Lots of object libraries and cool templates. Auto-saving is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a desktop app. Sometimes slow to load. Offline mode would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating flow charts to help me with visualizing my code logic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lucidchart is really helps me to create a clear process flowchart. The infinite canvas also helps as a thinking ground. Overall I would recommend it to anyone because it is easy to learn and amazing for drawing quick and clean diagrams.
