Intuitive and effortless charts and diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I'm most impressed by the auto-layout feature. It works much better than Visio's. In my line of work, I need to be able to quickly visualize processes and convey them to others. This feature saves me a ton of time and often helps me to see systems from a different point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I'd prefer more shape options or a custom shape object for mind maps; there probably is one and I just haven't found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidspark to quickly visualize concepts to share with colleagues. It's super quick and takes next to no effort, which is nice.
A great daily sales task tracking tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time, interactive, great layout features & easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t run into any challenges yet, this is our first week using this wonderful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the team's daily tasks for online & in-person sales team.
Lucidspark is great. It has made my process diagrams neat and easy to make. I love it.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use the BPMN 2.0 Shapes and templates is a plus. It's why Lucid a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to modify the font size and other attributes from the drop down menu when clicking on an item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to write down the different processes in my area.
Best Collaboaration Tool with best features
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to collaborate. Has the best tools for presenting including custom tools. Compared to other collaborative tools it stands out from ones I have used before when it comes to readability and ease of access on tools. My first using was easy to join and get registered without any issues. I also like that as presenter you can have individual tabs for your learners for more concentrated help for individuals, which also helps in check on the progress of each and every one the call. Work is synchronized in real time. Is easier when using short cuts. Customization at its best. Mobile app makes this easy for caught up on the road to easily participate without being left out on important events. Progress is tracked in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing just makes things difficult, it should at least have more days trial in collaboration mode for . During our presentation we failed to collaborate and share some of the tools that the presenter was using. so during that moment there was a disconnect and confusion. It does not have free student trial option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly for me we used it for learning purposes. and presentation. Besides the benefits I realizes that it be good teaching tools for kids still in college. The i saw is with best and seamless work can be achieved with lucid app. And it also available online and keeping the progress of work synchronized online without worrying about losing work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using the tabs to check individuals progress is the of Lucidspark. Collaboration is made simple and seamless.

The variety of collaboration options and the ease with which all team members can collaborate real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a regular flow chart option too like LucidCharts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use for PI planning and the Kanban boards. Its better than most other softwares we have used in the past.
Easy to use tool that makes formatting easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Lucidspark is to use. I've struggled to format my diagrams using other platforms and this was so easy! It's also great that you aren't limited to a certain page size. You can build and build your diagram and don't have to worry about moving things around to fit in an 8.5 by 11. When you want to print the diagram, it shrinks it down to make it fit on the page size you are printing on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm currently using the free version and unable to spend money on the pro features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am mapping out a work plan using Lucidspark. This will allow my work team to have a better understanding of how each of our actions fit into the larger goals of the organization. It's a great supplement to our strategic plan.
Easy to understand and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy and understanstable whiteboard that makes your brainstorming clearer for everyone. All the tools on the program can be used easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing on the products that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the time I was losing on other programs. Also the program is easy to use and its is easy to transfer your documents from it and copy them in emails.

it is a better way to clarify your thoughts and to make them organised and structured for everyone.
It is a very good tool for brainstorming!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everybody can work in the same place at the same time. Is possible that everybody can vote in real time and it gives you immeadiately the ending results. You can use it easily for sharing ideas within the team and add comments for everything. It keeps a track of whatever has been discussed and there is no need to fill in a separate meeting agenda. Is great a tool in which you can share your board with many people and set up permissions individually. Everybody can set up a collor therefore you can identify immediately who is writing something. You can also set up timers which improves in the end the speed of any meeting. Who ever administrates the board can see everybody in real time whenever they are working individualy. When the administrators wants to pressent something, can notify it trough Lucidspark and then everybody can return to the main board.
Trough Lucidspark you can add thousands of ideas on a board using sticky notes. Then you can color them individually. You can even create any kind of shapes and connect your ideas trough lines. You can design everything according to your personal style and ammend the content anytime you want it. Plus there is no need to remember by hard how to use it because you can go to Keyboard Shortcuts and see the menu. It is a very good tool for brainstorming!

What do you like best about the product?
I have only used it for a couple of times but Lucidspark seems to be very user friendly and easy to use. There are great options to keep participants engaged and involved in the discussion- I like the use of customised colours sticky notes! These are the little things that can really make the difference between a productive brainstorming and a fruitless one.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't noticed anything I disliked yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking at using Lucidspark as a brainstorming tool for both internal and external meetings. Online meetings are quite different to what we are used to and it seems like a good tool to get the discussion going
Simple to use, effective results
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and has a clean interface. I can quickly created complex and simple documents and flowheets in no time at all with minimal skill. I can also have other collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text formatting is mildly cumbersome. It is dependent on internet connection. Having a desktop app would be helpful during times of internet outage, or if in an area without wifi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow changes, getting everyone on the same page for specific protocols. I can take a team approach to document creating that helps me get things done much faster
