LucidSpark helps me in developing amazing content. The features are easy to use and it integrates effortlessly with Docs.

The UI could be better for beginners. Especially the UML blocks should be neatly arranged.

Lucidspark is making it easier to document and design architecture level diagrams and images.

I love that this tool is easy to use yet powerful & feature-rich... That's hard to come by in software!

I really can't think of anything to complain about other than the fact the free plan only offers three free boards/diagrams!

It's helping me visualize & organize the crazy ideas I have in my head. I'm able to easily share these diagrams with my team to explain our business & marketing processes.

I love how we can collaborate on a design across the team. We also get in-built shaper and flows and with additional functionality to add more. This makes working remotely very easy and convenient.

I dislike that only limited assets can be used when the user is a free user.
Also to add, as a free user, only limited documents can be edited at a time. This also makes a negative impact.

I could say nothing that I wouldn't say I like because the tool offers me all I need for my job

Some are demos. Also, the tool helps me a lot to explain to my colleagues' multiples design patterns
A great bit of kit!
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of lucidchart is super quick and easy and makes my job 10 times easier. Sometimes we have to create diagrams with no time to spare and the ability to not only create diagrams super fast but also have them look beautiful with seemless arrows and text is a huge bonus. The other great thing about lucid chart is the collaberation tools. I am able to share diagrams with the team for collaborations and have them make changes and updates as they see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training documentation can sometimes get in the way. There is a super annoying pop up that you have to click x to get out of that is constantly there. I dont know how to get rid of it so maybe its just me being stupid. Connecting arrows to each box can also be incredibly finicky and annoying. Sometimes you click on a box and have to spent 1-2 minutes working on getting it exactly to the center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Majority of the problems we are solving are diagrams and being able to show the clients exactly how a setup will work. We have to make a large ammount of changes with clients and being able to make those changes on the fly directly with a client is a huge plus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are after something fast and quick, definitely give lucidchart a go.
