Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Able to customize so it can be exactly what you need. You are able to do custom colors, lines, shapes, icons, text. You are also able to do a lot of stuff like a chart that shows who all is in your business and who they report to. You can also do stuff like add links to shapes that can link to web pages or other areas with in the document. There is also a feature called linked data that allows a user to link an excel spread sheet to certain shapes on the document. That we can you can keep your data organzied and up to date. There's also the option to add templates
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limits on the free version, such as the amount of shapes you can use before you have to pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us map our projects. We may also use lucid spark to map our our business processes, which will all us to see how our business functions and where we could improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free account first, but be aware that there are limits on the free account, such as a limit on the number of shapes that can be used before you have to sign up for a paid account. With a free account, you can also only have three documents in edit mode and all others have to be in view only mode. But the free version is still a good way to see how it works.
Lucid all the way
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of usability for the first-time users, templates, converting flow charts/process charts to jpeg or pdf with a single click.
The biggest pro has been simultaneous updates by the team. This saves a lot of time during meetings as the team doesn't have to take it away and tweak it.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you copy a process flow with text on the direction arrows between two objects, once you paste in the destination the text on these arrows gets highlighted with a line. Ie text is sent to the background and line comes front
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simultaneous brainstorming with the team, easy saving, quick creation of charts
Really intuitive tool that helps me visualise my ideas clearly 👍
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop functionality for nodes and links between different elements is super slick. Requires minimum prior knowledge or training to get started with it. Sharing is super simple and collaboration when working remotely is very effective. It's a tool I can see us using more and more as the business grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zooming in and out of the board is a bit annoying and would like a bit more freedom on the design elements but I'm only using the free account right now so I assume that would improve with paid features. Connecting arrows to nodes can be a bit glitchy too. Still finding my feet with the tool so will be able to give more feedback later down the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is helping me to map out my customer comms journey across multiple levels and effectively visualise it for the rest of the team and the business to see how the strategy will play out. This is a much simpler way of educating others on complex customer journeys than writing an explanation in words.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a way to get your customer workflow ideas out of your head onto paper, Lucidspark is a great digital tool to do that. So easy to use and share with your colleagues whilst having the flexibility to have others pitch in to refine and develop your ideas. Happy I found this!
As a beginner, I found this platform easy to learn and use and full of amazing functionalities.
What do you like best about the product?
The range of functionality, that allows you to create really interesting project flow charts
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes moving the arrows and connecting the boxes can be difficult (could be smoother).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating flowcharts to show the process journey.
I used Lucid for my college report, it was easy to use and resulted as I expected.

Easy to use and had a wide range of services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt as a student none of the subscription plans matched my requirement.

I wanted to build operations flow chart for one of my report.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will meet your recommendation with out any fuss.
Powerful web based tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It feels like you are using a desktop application, but without the need to install anything. I am using it on Chrome. I have only scratched the surface of all the features, but export to various formats, diagram customization etc. is definitely powerful enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
When drawing a chart, default line styles, connector ends, etc. could be configurable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating data model diagrams for system architecture.
Great, but it can be expanded more
What do you like best about the product?
Simple fast way to throw out brainstorming ideas and connect them together. The drag and drop shape feature is probably one of my favorite mechanism for the lucid spark
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic features aren't included (or easy to find). For example, there isn't an icon to insert a bullet point list. Other dislikes and suggestions are posted in the "question" section of the survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using lucid spark to mainly brainstorm capstone ideas with my team. We also use it to create user story flows to figure out how the user will interact with the product or their options for product features.
The benefits I found were that it's quick and easy to create charts to clarify each group member's own idea/ interpretation of a product/project. Sometimes I use Lucid chart or Lucid spark as a replacement for note-taking or brainstorming ideas.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you like using open canvas to create diagrams with teams, Lucid spark is probably one of the easiest tools to use. it's simple to drag and drop shapes, drag and connect to other shapes, and simple ways to annotate or color code posts. It's essentially a digital whiteboard with sticky notes, but with more customization and organization.

There's no much that I dislike really, it does everything I need so...
Perhaps I could say that you have to pay to get some features, but you know is not that is extremely expensive.
