As a first time user, I was pleasantly surprised by the capabilities of Lucidspark.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease of use, and the visualizations. It makes my brainstorming process so much easier and has really sparked creativity within my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing that I dislike. As I mentioned, I am a new user, but I truly have not had any complaints thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to break down our fundraising process, to determine best points for contacting donors and understanding where we have breakdowns in the process. It is great to have a visual representation that I can share with my team and that they can easily understand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a platform that allows for team collaboration.
Intensive but Well Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing I have found from LucidSpark has been the sheer amount of customization available. Not only can it hold my organizational tree, to-do lists, and literally most things imaginable but I can pair it with my website mobile app plans/frameworks and be able to see everything. I can do more drawing items on my laptop and quickly see it on my desktop which has more screen real estate.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I love how much there is to do it took a long time o set up to how I like it due to the templates just either being drab or missing vital pieces that would have taken too long to do with what I needed to add or take away. There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start using Lucidspark but it is rather forgiving of mistakes. That is a lifesaver. However, if you want something fast and easier to set up or you don't have the patience this may not be for you, but if you're willing to put in the work it is amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I waste and lose a lot of sticky notes/notepads but having it all in one place digitally has really allowed me to fast track projects for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The price, billing structure, and the features that you get. A very cost effective alternative to MS Visio.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't gotten into all the functions and tools. For the most part this tool does what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wasn't able to get a Visio license for my office anymore. Looking for alternatives I found something that does the job I need.

Effective, interactive service!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is very interactive. This helps with relaying project information in an educational or business environment (only worked through higher education, but as a marketing major I can see its use in a business environment)
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was a bit more easy to navigate ie more tools/tips on the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding that although tools would be helpful, they are not completely necessary to have the best experience. Customers can figure out its features through trial and error.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to utilize its resources, especially for visualization of projects, presentations, and processing of ideas. Lucidspark served as a solid foundation in my higher education learning process. I was able to make connections for readings, facilitate discussions, and effectively visualize ideas to my peers.I think that Lucidspark has a strong potential to be utilized in not only higher education settings, but marketing and corporate settings as well. Lucidspark is an easily shareable and presentable software. Businesses can really boom and take off with Lucidsparks perks.

I wish that there was more options for certain types of chart types.

I use this for time line planning and extended project planning for new features for our business.
Good white board tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is really easy to use and intuitive. It’s got plenty of features to support project documentation or visual planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes experienced lower performance which caused the scrolling to be fairly slow

Great Looking Tool That's Easy to Use.
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing feature for collaborating with work colleagues was a vital tool, especially when we were forced to work from home during the COVID lockdown.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were no major downsides to the project, only request I would have would be for there to be additional templates to begin with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team needed a virtual whiteboard to collaborate on projects while we worked remotely. Lucidspark not only solved this issue but also showed that a virtual whiteboard could be useful even when work from home is no longer required.

Lucid offers a base free version that I recommend people start with to make sure they will find the product easy to use and a good fit for their team's tech stack.
