What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark makes it so someone with no design experience can quickly put together a flowchart for teamwork purposes. Thanks to this I can help visiualize the project by creating a flowchart. Furthermore this is used to team collaboration events such as creating stories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much obvious documentation to help orient myself from the onset. As someone who comes from whimsical I found whimsical to be a bit easier to use. I do attribute this more to my own stubborn mentality but perhaps some tooltips in the page itself so that I don't have to go through pages of information could be helpful in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visualization of our software flow is excellent for an agile environment. It makes it easy to onboard other team members. Furthermore this application helps create diagrams for solving team issues, such as organizing work on a two dimensional axis, or brainstorming new ideas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As far as I know, the greatest strength this application has is that it is pretty much a whimsical replacement that isn't too different but verified to meet DoD safety requirements. I recommend this application for those security-oriented. Mind you I am not speaking for the DoD nor endorsing the product on their behalf.

A bit of a learning curve for teams to fully utilize.

Collaborating on product development between mutliple teams. Has increased efficiency.

It's pretty flexible. It guides you to an excellent way to do things but doesn't force it

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to try different ways to create flowcharts and build things seamlessly. And the ability to make Zoom meetings better.

I can't say of anything that I don't like.

In trying to navigate this new mainly virtual world, using this program has allowed me to work virtually with teams in my company in a different way.

Least helpful: limited integration with Jira and lack of comment revisions on lower tier plans

The sticky note is one of my favorites concept. The timer can also be handy.

The benefit is that they are helpful. All the features and the UI are user-friendly and easy to use.
