Lucidspark Review
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple ways to design your board. Collaboration/real-time updates. Autosaves content. Templates (though I would say some of the templates could use some upgrading).
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the borders are infinite, it can make it hard to find things on some larger board. Would be nice to see more info on what the different features do/how they can be used. It would also be nice to be able to lock out some features (ie - the drawing pens) that you don't want folks to use during collaboration. It would also be helpful to have the ability to add the person's name to their edits so that the board owner can see who contributed what to the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to better collaborate while working from home. We use whiteboards a lot and being able to represent things visually in real-time has helped.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free version and make sure that it fits what your team needs. Take some time to have folks go in and experiment with what Lucidspark can do so that you don't spend meeting time learning the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the massive library of symbols and templates to work choose from (and get inspiration from)! We've been able to customize the shapes into our own library to ensure consistent use form person-to-person, project-to-project.This product has been amazing for our team and a great way to provide clarity around process and program design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't initial clear about the limitations of the "Educational" plan, and thought there would be more options before having to upgrade. There was a little bit of a learning curve having to figure out the symbol library and the ability to create my own symbols, but once I got it down it has been simple to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're mapping resources connections for migrant workers and designing a intake process to get them to the right place!

What do you like best about the product?
It enables the team to do collaborative work. Great tool for diagrammatic representation. We sometimes use it as a whiteboard session to brainstorm ideas. The built in templates are great and helpful.
Also the integration with the Slack and Google drive is really useful.

Well, the only annoying thing was having to double-tap a lot of the things to make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to document our architecture using the C4 Model; it is straightforward with lucidspark to integrate the C4 components and use it.

The provided preset guides and templates provide clear structure that can easily be adjusted to fit the mold you need!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to face a headwind with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid continues to assist with putting my ideas on paper and creating actions items to bring them to life.
Competent and refined collaboration. Could use some work but is quite adequate.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and smooth experience when using the tools. Easy to pick up which is great for collaboration. I can't say they do anything revolutionary compared to other programs, but they've really nailed the basics and have taken it a little farther than many other tools I've seen, on top of building a more robust framework for all their tools to exist within.
What do you dislike about the product?
The higher-level UI is kind of unhelpful and slow, though not terribly. I'm not an expert here, but I think there's room to improve there. It can also be slow to sync, but I've only seen google stuff be better. Some user customization of what tools they want to use personally or for the organization would help cut down on the clutter and keep it simpler for people to get right into collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation and collaborative design, which are the main benefits we sought in the first place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There may be other products out there, but Lucidspark is a solid contender. Definitely worth trying. I know there are more intricate products out there, but the simplicity offered really helps get everyone involved quickly, instead of having a period requiring training.
Simplifies the Architecture Diagram Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of quickly drawing diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little more challenging than desired to find the right icons, angles, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for quick production of architecture diagrams and flow charts --- much quicker than what I found with Visio.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is easy to get started with and accessible to anyone. It has just about every feature you need or might want to collaborate remotely. One feature that is really useful is the built in timer. When collaborating with others, I've had to do this manually and separately in the past. The built-in timer makes it much easier to be a facilitator effectively and ensure the session is moving along with good time. I also like the voting feature. It helps me understand a group's thinking and enables me to get the entire group's opinion when working tgether.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of with LucidSpark is that it doesn't have a wireframe library. I hope this is a feature that's coming, as it's one that I would use very often. I do use another piece of software for this use case, and would love to consolidate just down to the Lucidspark. Another thing that I dislike is the limitation of the free tier-- that you can only have three editable documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I'm solving with Lucidspark is collaborating remotely. Having a realtime tool that is easy to use for groups of distributed people is tough. Lucidspark has made this not only possible, but easy and enjoyable. When working with others in real life, it's easy to whiteboard together and brainstorm. When doing so remotely, it's a lot more difficult to express your ideas visually and collaborate on ideas together. Lucidspark is fast and let's you show communicate your ideas quickly and effectively with people who might be on the other side of the globe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I advise everyone to at least try Lucidspark to see if it meets your needs. There are many other competitors and similar products out there, but Lucidspark provides features like voting and timers that can be really beneficial depending on what you're doing. Only you can know if it meets your needs, but I think it's at least a good contender.

Easy to use on any platform with no software to install so you can literally start in minutes. You can share instantaneously your drawings and work remotely with many users.
The app covers a lot of different situations and can be used in many different ways. There are a lot of templates available so you will always find some example to avoid starting from scratch.
Very few limitations and integration with third party apps makes it very easy to use with other tools you may already have.

What do you dislike about the product?
Works well and it's great that it's a web app but this advantage comes with the inherent disadvantages of web apps: might be sometime a bit slower and not as smooth as a dedicated native app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make quick graphs to explain ideas and work flows and share them with stakeholders remotely. Then everyone can easily contribute seamlessly. You can share your ideas and work very easily and this helps the creative process and helps brainstorm efficiently with all the stakeholder. You can work in real-time but also asynchronously which is great when there are many stakeholders involved that might not be available at the same time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an easy way to create graphs, charts or other diagrams, Lucidspark is ulra easy to setup and it's one of the best tool to work on the graphs with other users remotely and in real time.

I was able to sketch out the whole flow for my project, and it was a boom for my team

I was not able to merge multiple docs into one.

I was able to solve the user journey for my customer.
