Excellent product
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to use. I used this product for making my flow processes which is super easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe make this more user-friendly. Sometimes you need to struggle to find the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can prepare my flow processes and organogram easily using the Lucidspark product.

It is very good product and could ease out some of the processes if you use it properly

Nothing - it's so much fun. It is such a great tool!

I am creating collaborative boards for my students to work on. It's been so fun to see the students working together and having a comfortable space that they can collaborate and efficiently use the tools.

easy to learn and use, maintains excitement of in-person sessions

need more color variations and control, confusing which link to share with perticipants

workshops to collect input and gain insights, review boards to collect campaign elements for review, quarterly boards to review work-to-date and track overall group improvements

Use it. You won't regret it. Several clients have begun using it after our experience as well.
New collaborative tool with a familiar, comfortable feel
What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoy being able to do virtual collaboration with teams and then being able to move our work back into LucidChart for further work in a familiar environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with the inability to move around the canvas without using the view-portal or 'mini-map'. The lack of a more intuitive way to move around causes confusion for my customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COMMUNICATION! It is THE main problem that we have and the biggest benefit we find using Lucidspark. Words are hard and frequently overloaded. Getting people to communicate more pictorially breaks down barriers and lets everyone be heard.
Great usability
What do you like best about the product?
It's like a board you would have in a room to make brainstorms with the whole team, but online. Very useful for remote workers (which is almost everyone during lockdown)
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't nominate any downsides right now.

Brainstorm meetings, team goals discussions, meeting planning.

Would be nice to have tabs at the bottom to contain a series of whitboards under one document.

Cutting down on technical scoping sessions. Improving team colab and communication. Getting over the hurdels of remote working.
The best tool for Whiteboarding & sharing your ideas with the team
What do you like best about the product?
I like endless canvas , templates, pen, sticky notes option in the Lucidspark. I like the eraser too its got some cool things which other software don't offer.

nothing as of now, i have given feedback on bring some keyboard shortcuts to make it better

I use Lucidspark to do Whiteboarding with customers and team and I also use for notes taking and mind mapping.

There's really nothing I dislike about it. I would prefer it had its own space/login/app instead of being connected to Lucidchart, kind of how chart and press are separated.

I've used it to present and share information with others. I've used it to brainstorm ideas in more efficient ways.
Perfect for collaboration in a remote environment
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the tools is one of the best among the platforms my team tried, which includes Mural and Miro. I also love the wide variety of templates, and there's one for pretty much anything you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The separation of Lucidchart and Lucidspark was a bit confusing for my coworkers and my IT team, who was provisioning licenses. It would be great if they were more integrated as one product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a typical in-office team that had to go remote during the pandemic, we needed a tool to help us brainstorm and create workflows. We've found Lucidspark easy to use and perfect for helping us stay connected during large projects.

There haven't been any downsides I've seen so far.
