Customizable icons and prebulit oem icons and images. easy to drag and drop

That I have to pay for unlocking few icons

I am in the training department, and it is often challenging to explain new ideas to the team and management. The tool helps overcome this challenge.

Easy to get started, and very quick to figure out

A bit feature weak to begin with, but it made sense because it was obviously an MVP version and features have been added quickly

Brainstorming, retro, meeting facilitation in general
Great tool for affinity mapping!
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are great and easy to use. I love using the visual sticky notes for affinity mapping and the ability to collaborate on a project is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints from my experience, everything is straightforward, usable, and was easy and enjoyable to use.

Working remotely and collaborating with others and sharing ideas with others in an organised, effective and insightful way.
Great Visualization Tool

Great for making process flow documents, and visualizing complex processes.

Would love a better overall training utility.

We use Lucidspark to get a handle on existing processes and look for ways to improve them.

I really like the ease of use and available features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not work as well as I would like on my mobile device (iPhone). Mostly ok though.

Assisting with visualization of concepts during meetings.
Better interoperability than Visio, and easier UI to learn

Friendly UI, ease of use. No training in Visio or Lucidchart and I'm able to complete basic tasks.

Not easy to find videos on tips and workflow management.

Communication to staff on expectations of workflow and standards of care (clinical setting.)

The ability to collaborate with loads of people - having multiple people work on a single diagram design.

Lack of integration/embedding with third party applications (e.g interactive diagram on a webpage)
