Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Lucidspark is to use, it's very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
no dislikes so far and I find the solution to be very flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solving a wide range needs, flow charts for operations and floor planing both for office space and warehousing
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I used a free trial at first, I wouldn´t hesitate to make the very small leap to try the solution.

The collaborative features are outstanding and the direct link to LucidChart interface and designs makes co-creation and co-design a breeze.

Little to complain about here - the experience to date has been excellent.

In terms of remote alignment, co-design and co-creation, it's excellent.

The User Interface occasionally clunky. Maybe have a desktop version too.

Architecture diagrams. Ability to easily convey solutions to non-technical people.

When considering and evaluating Lucid Chart, make sure you have a problem you want to solve, or you'll doodle.

Not easy to find all of the hidden features.

While being an engineer working from home, I suffer a lot from that lack of whiteboarding sessions.
Great for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for collaboration, with having to work from home more recently, we were missing our office whiteboards, and Lucidspark did the job virtually for us. Multiple team members could access the same area at the same time and work on it with ease.
Has a wide range of pre-built templates we could choose from, so whether we were planning, storyboarding, or blue-sky idea-generating, there was a template ready to go.

The only downside was navigating horizontally. Super asy to scroll up and down a page, zoom in and out but struggled moving side to side.

We were collaborating virtually with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The helpful side is the labels and comments you can quickly put your ideas into without losing time using sophisticated fields.
This helps our team massively in creating ideas and brainstorming them to arrive at a common process. It is effective in gathering a team where creativity is key and different ideas from different people are put into focus.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are Some ideas that I would have loved to categorise under a few commonly used topics which I always find have to be done manually. Any custom editor that allows drag and drop as a title for the category of ideas would be great. Either a library to choose from or the creator being able to create a custom library to choose from would have made it even better and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are numerous. We are currently trying to establish a common QA process across the org which is achieved through such tools. It is essential that we don't lose our ideas and put them in a place that can be read anytime.
During a session where everyone keeps putting up ideas it would be difficult if you do it without an easy to use tool like this. So I think LucidSpark is definitely one of those tools where you can do it on call or prior to the call

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of design and drag and drop functionalities
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't enough functions compared to some other charts (simple is good but a few features might be nice to add)

Product Design, Process Optimization, Data Algorithms/Data Structures Examples, ERD
Great tool to mix free from and structured diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to free from and structured diagrams greatily improved the team ideation process

I found some of the integrations a little hard to user
