Very good collaboration tool for IT Teams workshop sessions

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is connected with LucidChart which we use on a daily basis. It gives us great user experience and allows also to integrate it with others tools from Microsoft, Attlasian etc. Overall its perfect to use it and very natural to make brainstorming sessions.
one of my team members told that he likes it more than standing on front of awhiteboard in the office!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more features f.x. you can divide board into areas and than users can go with Table of content to move around [very useful when you do workshops about few topics or you do training with exercise sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it more and more to conduct my IT team workshops where some decisions, brainstorming sessionns are needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to model any sort of framework or diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaboration tools are not great. For team collaboration and live workshops I prefer MIRO
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modelling complex flows and diagrams for collaboration between various functions within product development teams.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very easy to use tool for planning, action mapping, and visually designing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything to describe right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool when meeting with subject matter experts to plan the content for eLearning training modules. This allows them to do a "brain dump" that can be easily organized and a great visual.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for instructional design. It is easy to use, allows collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders. Great for visually planning content.

Initially, difficult to find & locate existing shared lucid chart.

The power of the cloud for large diagrams compared to having Visio local to my machine.

Not being able to switch from view only to edit mode.

What do you like best about the product?
The different shapes and sizes that they come in at. As well as, the variety of different features associated with one type of diagram type.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu should be on all sides of the page as opposed to one side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not solved many problems with lucidspark. The benefits I've realized are the student educational plan and that it can be extended into having multiple pages with no limit on it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep at it.. really great platform for creating tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The numerous different styles of templates made it helpful to find the most efficient way possible to lay out our workflows in a way that was intiuative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom into a specific area of the board is challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used the tool to generate a Sales playbook by mapping workflows related to prospecting, nurturing and rentention. Been able to see each step of the process has been a benefit as we've been able to easily train new hires on the steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a cross-functional team use the tool (or at least beta it) as we found numerous other use cases for it.
