Excellent way to collaborate with your team
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows multiple contributors simultaneously. Today I actually found out that it also allows voting and the way it handles the voting is fantastic with number bubbles showing up at the top for each poll that was taken.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the prettiest thing I've seen Lucid offer but that could also be me not being an expert at it yet. But this is easily overlooked since the outcome is for ideas and not necessarily presentation, unlike LucidCharts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When attempting to create a product, Lucidspark made distinguishing the elements of that product easy in a brainstorming meeting. When brainstorming an approach for releasing, Lucidspark did the same thing. It makes it easy for collaborators to quickly jot down the ideas that can be organized quickly. During a quarterly meeting, it was used for goal setting with a bunch of notes being voted on which allowed us to determine what would be everyone's favorite goals.
The best tool for process documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Cross-platform, Easy to use, Extensive support of the various standards (BPMN, UML, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't generate executable XML file out of BPMN diagram I created
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart for us is the primary tool for process documentation and UX wireframes
LucidSpark makes the Whiteboarding fun and easy
What do you like best about the product?
It enabled the team to collaborate and do whiteboarding in real-time with no conflicts. The app is easy to access, opens quickly, and saves all the work in the cloud, retrievable on any device I'm logged in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Product requires few tweaks here and there, but the team is already putting new features in it continuously which makes it exciting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The products help the team to put their ideas in our Weekly meetings and also helps to track our TO-DOs.
Great platform for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize thoughts/ideas on a virtual canvas. Lucidspark provides a more distraction-free alternative to Lucidchart without losing a lot of the enterprise functionality. Unlike MS Whiteboard, Lucidspark lets you keep notes as part of the whiteboard document, as well as assign different colors to different people to help with tracking changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidspark does not integrate as nicely with Lucidchart as it could. In many cases, Lucidchart is a better option for diagramming ideas due to its flexibility. Lucidspark requires an additional per-user license. Even though other platforms (such as MS Whiteboard) have fewer features, it is hard to justify paying the license fees when most organizations already have Google Workspace or Office 365 licenses for each user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidSpark makes it relatively easy to engage in collaborative diagramming virtually and in-person.
Must have tool for software engineering

You can save, share the projects created. You can also have centrlized login for corporates
What do you dislike about the product?
Centralized login with windows software not supported
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for creating design documents or architecture diagrams
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best for corporates
The best way to work together
What do you like best about the product?
I had experienced in the past working with Microsoft Office 365 and its way to work together with others, but Lucidsparks take that to another level; working together feels like you're all together in the same place. If for your job, you need to work continuously with others and update in real-time, creating, deleting, correcting this is the tool for you. Now with the pandemic having tools like this one that allows you to feel together helps to build a strong team.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't find anything to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucispark together with Lucidchart to help our client to build their maps of processes, improve them for later deployment in our Call Center tool.
Lucidspark is great!

I like that it is very intuitive and has many different templates to choose from for diagramming. It also has a fantastic whiteboard feature that I love using for team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of a membership is relatively high for an individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product has allowed me to mock up wireframes for new UI workflows, as well as create flowcharts to map the logic for these screens. The whiteboard feature also allows me and my team to collaborate on different software projects.
