Great Collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
user for a collaboration workshop, easy to set up, and relatively straight forward to invite colleagues

Sharing could be improved, its a little bit messy

During covid, we had to move a lot of our workshops to online this made it easier to collaborate

plan your content before starting to build your collaboration board, just to make it easy to use
Lucidspark is a gamechanger for virtual collaboration.

Easy experience for new users is really easy to understand

My entire org isn't using it - we don't have the need

We're using Lucidspark to collaborate and detail complex workflows within our organization, to easily pinpoint areas of improvement.

the many formats that Lucidspark can read from and export to.

I like "fat clients". I am not a fan of cloud-only for client applications

Working with my colleagues is a huge benefit. My biggest complaint is the lack of Okta integration.
Great tool to draw and mold ideas with your team

I like the easy to use UI and tools, collaborative editing works like a charm and speeds up brainstorming sessions. We started using it in our SPMs and

If I have to be honest I found it a little bit "slow" a couple of times; otherwise we just had some issues when starting to use it because we probably didn't understand how to set user permissions correctly.

We use it mainly when designing from scratch new APIs to show how the components interact and to ease planning in our SPMs

It is easy to use and collaborate with your peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as great for collaborating with peers outside your firm as everyone is captured as anonymous.

How easy it is to share ideas with your team. Especially when working from home, the ability to "whiteboard" together makes a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be disorienting or overwhelming / cluttered when not managed correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technical/ cloud infra problems. Being able to visualize a data pipeline or establish tasks as a team is incredibly useful.
Lucidspark - Collaborating with Team Members
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to collaborate with team members while working remote. Drag and drop UI. Ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is browser based, not app based. Not a breaking point, but would require a connection when not connected. Document attachment would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprint planning. We currently use Trello board for our sprint planning and collaboration across interdepartmental teams - usually for our stand up meetings every morning. This tool allows a visual, quick glance at our priorities for the day / week as well as allows options for voting and retrospectives to flow more easily.
Brainstorming Meets its Virtual Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
It lets me brainstorm in real-time with colleagues and has tools to automate using several templates side by side. It's like I have an infinite whiteboard with a mini-map.
What do you dislike about the product?
It translates loosely to a regular chart once done brainstorming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a few legacy processes I needed to replace. They were far too big to solve by just writing them down or using a simple mind-map diagram. I needed to consider several aspects of the project at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out with another person. It has a lot to offer.
