Lucidspark is a great collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy to use cloud solution which allows collaborating for both online and offline users. For example, we are using it to plan quarterly goals for our teams and provide updates and discuss current statuses using Zoom connected and physically present in a meeting room.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get used to controls, which are quite specific, and someone can accidentally pull away half of the board instead of scrolling it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We virtualizing and visualizing our collaboration space for people who work remotely and cannot gather around a whiteboard to brainstorm or share ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI simple, clean, and easy to learn. Those who have already used other Lucid products, like LucidChart, should have no problem picking up LucidSpark.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. I'm excited to see what future iterations look like.

Our company has been remote for over a year. The collaborative abilities of LucidSpark have helped us brainstorm, visualize, comment, and vote as we build the future of our company, all while being 100% remote.

The lighter client that can be shared with anyone, as an alternative to Google Jamboard

Would like transparent and seamless access to all of my Lucidchart docs (mine and those shared with me) within my primary Lucidchart docs section.

The ablity to comminicate concepts and architectures to customers, staff, and partners.

It's a little difficult to get started. The functiosn and features get a little getting used to.

I have used it for project flows and organizational structure. It helps with the visualisation of the processes and it makes it easy to identify gaps in the logic
Easy to Use and Professional

Lucidspark was very easy to use and made my presentation look very professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take a moment to figure out how to zoom and get used to the work-space area. Not bad though.

Doing concept mapping for teachers and students. It makes it very simple to get a professional look.

Very easy and quick to use, so picking it up and running with it is a breeze!

No real complaints about anything, so not applicable for me.
