What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this remote working period, Lucidspark helps me to design IT architecture with my customers. Better than a presentation we are actors on a common whiteboard.
Great Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great for brainstorming sessions with a team. Relatively intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything thus far, maybe the ability to import from more formats, but I have not tried to do this yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very effective for digital whiteboarding and brainstorming/mindmapping sessions

It's just so easy to get all team members to collaborate n one place. Lucidspark just takes colaboration to a new higher level

So far, nothing major. We are pretty new to lucidspark :)

Create new ideas about a product and creation of ideas for new products.
It just makes everyone involved a lot closer and makes us participate a lot more.

A dislike is a mental transition from Visio to Lucidspark.

Lucidsparks help solve the need for a collab whiteboard with a decentralized workforce.

It can be difficult at times to toggle between the editing mouse tool and navigation mouse tool

It can be a bit confusing as to how to provide permissions to various people for editing etc.

Managing to do "whiteboard" work in a virtual location.
Enjoying the ease of Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create a quick and easy flowchart and share with my team. Having a directory of different flowcharts and brainstorming spaces for our team that we can always go back to and check/add to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more shapes available to use, but that is minor. Lucidspark itself can be a little confusing at times and we often just use Lucidchart instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team we are beginning to document much of our analytic workflows with Lucidchart. It makes it super easy for someone to show what the process is and share it with others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out, specifically if you are in a team environment where there is a lot of collaboration. It helps keep things organized.
