Brilliant, easy and best of all is the training and customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very neat and clean, but what I really like is the constant access about how to use it, great training delivered and customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think about one thing that I don't like... Lucid is also evolving very quickly, so new features, uses and approaches are always coming up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process diagrams, brainstorming on Zoom, software integrations

What do you dislike about the product?
The option to draw lines (for a class diagram for example) can be confusing sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as our whiteboard to make interviews.
It's really easy because you can share it with guest users but at the same time keep and improve the board.

Simple and so easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop with LucidChart (which I am a massive fan of already). Really simple to use especially to brainstorm ideas and collaborate with colleagues on solutioning designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Again, the simplicity and ease of use is what I love about the product but maybe having to get everyone an additional license to Lucidpark and that it doesn't come straight with LucidChard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not necessarily a problem per se but having a virtual collaboration space to pin ideas and stick notes around has been convenient
I'm in love with it already!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that everything you do there feels so fluid. The interactions where you just click and drag elements into the board feels so good and the snapping of the objects is awesome. I am quite an OC person so I want everything to be aligned and straight and nothing is off.
I also like the fact that you can share it and have multiple people see and make edits. This day of age, collaboration within an app makes all the difference, especially now that our entire team is spread throughout the country since the lockdown. Love that it can be saved as PDF! Super timesaver!
Elements are starting out as thin so it makes it really easy in the eyes and love that it exudes simplicity. In cases I want to emphasize something, I also have the option too!

What do you dislike about the product?
The price actually and the limit on what I can do with just the free subscription. I understand this is business and it is just right that some features are locked, although I wanted to build a case for it so our leader would consider it. I would love to see how we can add some images make some very basic edits to it and make it more like a scrum board (maybe?) so we can just all go back to it.
We wanted to use the app in our virtual training just to see how the experience will be but it seems like a user needs to have their own account as well. Wonder if there's anyway we can have other users enter the platform and make some changes (like Zoom's whiteboard) without registering and logging in? Maybe an integration with some of the most commonly used virtual meeting tools?

We talk about processes, see what doesn't work, what will work, what's missing and what's already there. In training and as an ID, explaining things in a simple way, ie. use of basic shapes and arrows, works wonders. Using Lucidspark enabled us to communicate our visions easier and better through the shapes and lines and arrows, colors and texts. Nothing fancy but it feels like an upgraded experience of that good 'ol whiteboard marker everybody seems to be used to during brainstorming, analysis, and meetings (all kinds actually).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When using the tool, one may need to consider having a basic knowledge of what the shapes represent in a process flow chart. If without, one may end up using inappropriate shapes and will just confuse the target audience.
Also, since we do not have stable internet in our place, one might need to consider ensuring they have a good connection since everything is done on the web. I haven't experienced creating and losing everything just because of a sudden internet connection, but just to be sure.

Great tool to map and collaborate on projects
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of LucidSpark is the ability to automatically categorise and create tables for collaborative boards. I really like the simplicity of sorting in meetings and teamwork. When you're dealing with complex issues or ideas that require mapping, the requirement to simplify things in as few words as possible is really great.
I also like the ability for users to vote on things in a live forum. The previous tool I used as a 'whiteboard' to capture data and work on assigning tasks or prioritisng them was Microsoft to-do. This is an extremely limited toolset, with the only saving grace being that people could collaborate on it easily. LucidSpark fulfil that criteria but has so much more functionality.
As an avid user of Lucidchart for all ofmy process mapping needs, the ability to easily export my lucidspark boards is amazing. Cross platform functionality is extremely helpful!

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything I really dislike that much. I would suggest having more pop up parts of each sticky note so that there could be much greater detail if required. My work is relatively complex, and the issues I'm dealing with (whilst somewhat able to be simplified easily), require a lot of complex. Policy, governance or process heavy work, even if required to be simplified, needs an easy ability to pop out or link to contextualisation. That's really the only thing I would suggest as an opportunity for improvement. I definitely think it's a bit far to describe it as a dislike though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems I'm solving with Lucidspark is solving complex policy and process related matters related to operational considerations in a contact centre, on behalf of a major government's health department.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider using Lucidspark if you need an easy collaborative tool!
Lucidspark is a great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily share visual meeting boards, charts of all sorts, as well as brainstorming ideas with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text in sticky notes sometimes go outside the note when it's a long sentence. Automatic text wrap inside sticky notes would be a good feature improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping meetings focused instead of going on different tangents
Getting stakeholders aligned on the same page
Illustrating complex information and workflows
Brainstorming and formulating strategies when there are too many things going on at once
Collaborating on ideas when meetings are difficult to schedule.

Creating BluePrints
What do you like best about the product?
We like the fact that we can make colourful flowcharts
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't dislike any features - believe it is a good piece of software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidchart with our customers to create flowchats for their businesses and we convert these flowcharts into BluePrints in Zoho CRM
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent for Flowcharts
Lucid journey to new way of working
What do you like best about the product?
the integration with Lucid and Lucidspark for showcasing work and collaborating with other to make changes in relatime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Lucidspark Trial didn't go for long enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showcasing complex process flows developed in Lucid chart and getting feedback from the team. Benefit in solid feedback that could be included in LucidSpark using stikies and arrows to highlight key areas of feedback
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works very well with Lucid Chart and easily copies and pastes into other documents and platforms.
LucidSpark for better collaboration using workflow representation
What do you like best about the product?
Interactive UI and collaboration with co-workers are really useful. The more the objects, the better the collaboration work that happens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be a little less with some more features added. Although it is on par with other tools, a little lesser price will attract more customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a developer, we tend to solve problems with existing code/architecture or we build new ones. With Lucidspark it is easy to design a workflow chart or a diagram that better explains the gist of what we are trying to create, with no actual code to show but rather the workflow of how things will work.
Also, from a Product Management perspective, we also used Lucidspark to chart a few process changes and thanks to its best collaboration approach, it was so much easier to work together with a bunch of people on the same meeting and discussing about it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the best collaboration tools.
Great, straightforward tool!
What do you like best about the product?
There is not much of a learning curve to this tool. I needed a flow chart on short notice, and came across Lucidspark. Within a minute of logging in, I was well on my way! The entire interface is simple and straightforward, and really took no time at all to figure out how to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that it's a downside, per se, but this tool does one thing and only one thing. It does that well, though, so I can't say it's a negative. But in this age of swiss-army-knife-apps, it stands out as a fairly simple tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finding it very useful for mapping out ideas and workflows and processes. This works great for internal use with my team and for training purposes, but it also simplifies communication with clients. Being able to visualize processes with them has created a smoother experience for both of us.
