What do you like best about the product?
I really liked that boards look good and clear, something appreciated now that we cannot use physical boards WFH. I just feel like I have all the necessary info in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I find everything useful. I've noticed my laptop makes an intensive use of CPU while opening some boards, but not sure if it's directly related with Lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for retrospective and discovery meetings. It would be really difficult to make those meetings without a collaborative app.
Lucidspark is a great virtual whiteboard helping remote teams collaborate online.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, simple to share and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Larger Lucidspark projects can become a little difficult to navigate. Have seen some issues with refreshing of updates.

How to collaborate remotely in a COVID environment, and how to provide support in our organization.
Great Flexible Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As the UX Manager, I love the easy integration with LucidChart. We were already using LucidChart frequently, and LucidSpark takes our visualizations and collaborations to a new level of ease and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have encountered some save state issues, but overall, the tool is bug-free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved some of our virtual collaboration issues with Lucidspark. Our teams can work in real-time together to get to solutions. The more visual and flexible way in which Lucidspark allows us to work with research data has been a benefit.
Great collaboration platform for visualization of processes
What do you like best about the product?
Like the templates in LucidSpark. Provides a good jump-off-point and structure for collaboration sessions. Like the ease of simultaneous collaboration. Do not see the lag and hang-ups that get with Microsoft Whiteboard. Additionally, have more functionality in shapes, editing capability, and more w/ LucidSpark than MS Whiteboard. Also like ease at how can collaborate w/ group on process mapping activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to use effectively. It's fairly intuitive to get started, but some of the more advanced features and templates take time to understand. Also, have struggled to export to other programs. Might need to explore this in more depth to understand how to do this easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed virtual collaboration with more functionality than the free applications we were using. We also needed something that could handle multiple users at once without crashing or significantly lagging. Lucidspark has all the functionality we need for creative visualizations and online freeform collaboration. It's been a good tool for our team during the pandemic and will continue to use as we continue to work remote.

Great Tool for Facilitated Meetings

UX experience/flow with dozens of people

Separate license from LucidChart license
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running large facilated meetings with many stakeholders providing input. Allow more stakeholders to participate together in real-time to allow for more creative items and to reduce work effort as everyone can contribute resulting it better communications and faster turn around times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out for 1 month with a team of 5 to 10 people to see how different an experience it will be verse workboarding and virtual meetings.
Lucid Spark is so easy to easy and collaborate with. Really helps to quickly colaborate on ides

I love how easy it is to work together on a space and improve collaboration at home.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit slow to load my Spark spaces.

We use this a lot for collaborative discovery work to solve problems. Also great for team retros etc. Timers and voting is great.

Quick and handy tool to brainstorm/organize thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool is fairly intuitive to use and has handy features that make it easy to collaborate with your peers. Documents can be saved for reference, reviewed and updated in real-time. Furthermore, it's easy to think through processes in a whiteboard fashion when you're trying to figure out how to approach something new. I've used this with my team even for polling!
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to share the document, I had a buggy experience once or twice but this was pretty minor. While helpful, I've noticed the grouping (select multiple options and drag as a group) feature doesn't always work as well when there are a lot of smaller components in the group. If there were an easier way to group (maybe stack and collapse) this would be helpful since I typically group by location, color coding, tagging, or even linking the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used Lucidspark to think through how our product is structured and how to organize different aspects of the product better. It's a clean way to look at a big picture issue, step back and re-examine before moving forward with the next step.
