Experience with KPI
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everyone can colllaborate on the same sheet so items can be visually represented clearly
What do you dislike about the product?
Overlapping notes can be difficult to access so usually if I have to access one note I will remove the top layers and then put it back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience with lucid spark has been great. Me and my team organise KPIs and objectives. Lucid acts as a sticky note board for brainstorming and then summarising those ideas
Great Tool for Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to implement with a team, create a quick visual representation for a project or topic, and how easily it can be accessed by group members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a huge downside to Lucidspark. There could be a few features added, but the software does everything it is designed to do when team members are remote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem with employees working remotely. Instead of hopping on a phone call with little to no visual representation of everyone's thoughts, Lucidspark allows everyone to interact and contribute like they are in the same room.
LucidSpark - Great Product For The New Remote Workforce
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very simple to get you started right off the bat without confusing you with many options. It's like needing coffee and simply being given one without being asked for hundred different options. However, under the simple UI there are powerful tools if you need them for a pro-level presentation. Personally, most of the time the basics were enough for me as a means to make flow diagrams to convey my point across. Also really love the real-time collaboration that is provided, makes it so much more easier than to keep emailing design docs back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure what I disliked about it, there are some nice to haves that would have made it an even better product. Like by default importing all the previous lucid diagrams by default. Ability to have versioning (not sure if it is already there)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem in the pandemic era is the loss of the whiteboard. Lucispark was the closest product to a real whiteboard. I mostly used it to make design diagrams and it was very helpful in helping others visualize the design that you have in your mind. Having the team collaboration was a big plus in getting feedback
Great tool to use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to map out processes and projects as well as personal goals
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything as I think it's a great platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration, organising things, planning projects and mapping out processes
LP
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to collaborate with others in realtime
What do you dislike about the product?
It could get confusing when a lot was going on at once, sometimes the steps to create new ideas or cards were not clear
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our distributed team can work together to brainstorm on new ideas or to solve problems we are facing
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get in and start using it, the more you use it the more ideas you will think to use it for.
Great App and Support
What do you like best about the product?
The Collaboration that comes from our teams using this software is great! Ease of use to get up and running during a thinking session is a joy! The support that we have received from the Lucid team is top notch
What do you dislike about the product?
As one of the Admins, their Admin portal is not the greatest from a UI perspective and every click opens a new tab in our browser which I find irritating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teamwork and problem solving during meetings
Great for collaboration, sharing ideas and working with a team
What do you like best about the product?
I like working on new ideas and collaborating with others using Lucidspark. The JIRA integration is a great idea. And so are the built in templates like scorecards, affinity diagrams, SWOT analysis, Kanban board, roadmap, etc. The templates give you a great head start on many of the common tasks and save you a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. It has so many great features. I really find it very useful when trying to document ideas with a group of other people. I guess one of the downsides is that you can get quite dependent on this tool, which is not necessarily a bad thing :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it provides a great platform to work with your team and exchange ideas, organize thoughts, etc. It can be used when you want to conceptualize something by putting your ideas on a whiteboard and collaborating with others. This process really gives you synergy by working with a bunch of other peple from your team(s).
Lucidspark in the Classroom
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is a solution for providing students with virtual, blank, collaborative whiteboard space. I appreciate that students can collaborate together by sharing or brainstorming ideas, express themselves creatively by using all of Spark's tools, create a whiteboard that communicates ideas in a visual manner, and encourages students to think critically as they work. This is a tool that effectively allows students to use the 4 C's on problems in all subject areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some difficulty with a whole class working on the same Lucidspark document. It seems to get overloaded if there are too many students working at once. When
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Lucidspark with English, Social Studies, and Science classes.
Easy to use white board solution
What do you like best about the product?
That there's a white board solution that has enough flexibility to do sticky notes, free hand drawing and shapes that helps with collaboration and discussion. I also likes it comes with templates and it's not over complicated. I also find that sharing really easy with the link.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now the only thing I find inconvenient is that it's a seperate license than Lucid Chart and that there is no access for guests to edit (someone who doesn't have a license)
Many of my team members have Lucid Chart licenses, and we would have to request another license for Lucid Spark. it makes entry of use a bit more tedious. do wish there was an option to allow edits to a board for guests. It does happen that in my meetings/workshop I would have someone added last minute and they don't have the license because I didn't plan for it. In this case the tool becomes not so useful for collaboration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I regularly run team retrospective and that's a highly collaborative session. I often need a tool that allows me to design exercise that can create meaningful conversation. I have found that with the right tool it has helped decrease my preparation time and increase my productivity. It's much easier to have meetings ready without always trying to find something that works.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've tried multiple whiteboard solutions. From Google Jamboard, Miro, LucidChart, and Microsoft Whiteboard.
Lucidspark is for users who need something that acts like a real whiteboard and easy to use remotely.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Need to add maybe remote control feature and add more in free versions so that more people can purchase higher versions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PM and team handling
