What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to visualize a white boad in a meeting

It has too many visual toolkits on-screen to confuse people

Communicating the tasks during standup. Gathering requirements from people in the call on the fly and priorities

What do you like best about the product?
As a whole Lucid chart is a really great tool which helps you to draw any diagram with ease and with the large amount of shapes and icons to be used in diagrams

In particular, I have encountered many problems in creating some diagrams, but I have overcome these problems by using Lucidchart

Very intuitive and easy to use tool. Most GUI based tools tend to slow down on browsers during drag-drop operations - but not LucidSpark!

The product is easy to use, very intuitive with the great choice of templates.

Ease of use of the software is the best. UI is also really friendly and can be used in a quick way can be used to gather the information in an amazing way.

There are some format support is missing apart from that it looks perfect for any users.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Especially with COVID remote working from home situation, I found it to be really useful to do whiteboarding. Try to support more and more format across so it will be easier to access across the platform
Lucid spark helps in designing diagram quite easily through its various inbuilt templates

Various different types of templates help me pick and change them easily. it also explains how we need to draw the thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it works in most cases. however, sometimes it takes more time to change the style. it could be because I use it as a naive user.

Taking Collaboration to another level!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have multiple people interact across a single board has been amazing. It's easy to use so even users who are not tech-savvy or haven't used an online collaboration tool find it super straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scrolling across the screen and zooming in and out can be a bit of an issue across devices. In our workshops we had users who were on PCs who were unable to scroll and zoom properly, but we managed to sort through some settings and get it to work. Would be good if that settings adjustment was a little easier to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue we've had during COVID is running workshops virtually. Without engagement and interaction, you generally don't end up getting much out of the client which was our fear. By using Lucidspark, we were able to allow our users to take part in the sessions themselves, create new post-its, share their thoughts and opinions, and truely co-design their processes alongside us, without having to be in the same room.
