What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enables colleagues to visually learn and adapt to the rhythm of the process. It dynamically reduces the problem of audit issues, regulatory issues and problem hearsays. It creates canvas of how you want a process to look like or even how the existing one could be improved. Additionally, i like how it provides a comprehensive tool for us to tackle all of our internal and external interactions with a visual display that helps to chart towards a common goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite does everything well for our purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been very smooth for explain how our other processes work and breaking down the logical flow of complex ideas when we work with our clients. Every day we find new uses and it seems like Lucid is constantly releasing new features and functionality to help work together.

What do you like best about the product?
First, i must disclose that i love Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. I use it for flowcharts, electrical schematics, orgchats and one-line drawings. I like how it helps to give a visual view for what we will eventually create and what your audience will be seeing. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very helpful for various tasks needed within a professional workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been an issue with images in which it won't show properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes it super easy to draft workflows, manage operational tasks and set up approval logic within the organization. Collaboration with other employees helps to streamline the process of building out different charts.
Powerful Organogram Tool with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers a simple drag-and-drop interface, which makes crafting and organizing content intuitive and straightforward. This feature significantly enhances my workflow when creating organograms, as it allows for quick adjustments and the ease of use is unparalleled. Additionally, the out-of-the-box templates are excellent, particularly the organogram template, which has been incredibly beneficial for structuring client organizational charts efficiently. These templates save me a considerable amount of time and provide a professional finish to the visual documents I produce. Overall, the initial setup of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was very easy, making it accessible right from the start of my usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the learning curve to modify data elements and some template elements a bit steep.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create quick, clean organograms, benefiting from its simple drag-and-drop interface and excellent templates, though there's a learning curve for modifying data elements.

I appreciate the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its ability to make diagrams and system architectures more understandable and visually distinct through adjustable spacing and color-coded containers. This feature helps me clarify connections or data paths, such as API layers or database layers, by allowing me to assign specific colors to different containers, making it easier to differentiate at a glance. I find the application very user-friendly and effective for clear communication, aiding in simplifying complex system architectures. I also enjoy how the container colors and grouping enable me to build different systems easily, as the color differentiation quickens my understanding of the various sections. Signing up and logging in was straightforward, which made the initial setup process hassle-free. Overall, I think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a well-designed tool that I would confidently recommend to others.

I dislike the user interface, the file management could be more organized to make it easier to find files. For frequent users, it can be slightly disorganized.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is solving issues of creating flowcharts/organizational docs. This suite makes it easy to collaborate with many different team members to understand and share ideas and workflows.

I find it incredibly useful for collaboration, as it allows me to easily manage access and permissions through team folders. The simultaneous editing feature significantly enhances collaborative efforts, enabling smooth teamwork. The infinite canvas is a remarkable tool, especially when transitioning from planning to execution stages. I also appreciate how it integrates seamlessly with other tools like Jira and Confluence, which are essential for our workflow. The user-friendly interface and presentation tools enrich my experience, making it easier to whiteboard together and deliver presentations effectively. Auditing and license management capabilities with enterprise tools are crucial for me, ensuring compliance and efficient resource management. Overall, these features make Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite a great choice for collaborative visualization work.

I find the integration with source code management, like GitHub, lacking in the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Figma offers this functionality, which would significantly enhance documentation and planning processes. Additionally, the absence of an MCP server for integration with systems like GitHub Copilot when working on design and code is a missed opportunity. Document management from an enterprise perspective needs improvement, especially regarding handling documents of deactivated accounts, which currently get dumped into an individual's documents. Implementing better retention policies would also be beneficial.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think mapping with the keyboard could be better to eliminate the need for using the mouse completely. The hotkeys can be mapped in the same way for spark and charts, and having a complete hotkey mapping section for users to create their own shortcuts would greatly improve the experience.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create shareable workflow diagrams, aiding in understanding workflows visually, simplifying collaboration across my organization. Its easy interface and extensive template libraries enhance real-time collaboration.
Collaborative and User-Friendly Diagram Tool
What do you like best about the product?
That me and my coworkers can edit the same diagram together at the same time, it's free and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me it is some difficult to move over the board. I don't find the mobility very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease to create diagrams, mental maps, etc. with my coworkers, for presentations, meetings and clarify ideas.
