Lucid used for tech design, database design and architecture.
What do you like best about the product?
While I was designing my product architecture it was easy for me to just pick and drop icons, shapes, connect through them and text between them describing the usage or components. There are many ready to use icons and components divided in groups such as aws, azure, google cloud, android, networking, etc. As images speak better than words it helps to make the architecture much more explanatory.
The other features such as you can add different levels of diagram within the same template, you can have different pages(slides) to represent the product. This helped me a lot to break down my tech architect into different components.
Also I was able to share my design with different people who can look at it or review it for me. I was also able to download my tech design in the form of images, pdf, etc.
There are many pre difined design for different groups kind of tutorial which helped me a lot to understand the how easily I can use Lucid.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I was trying to design my product architecture and flow chart for my product . It was difficult for me to find easy icons such as image icon, document icon, icons for queue, etc which are basic parts of any tech design. Like I had to search through all the available pre build icons to find them.
As There are many icons divided into different groups it was difficult for me to find them and was time consuming. It would have been better if I could easily search for them by just typing the name such as image icon, s3 bucket etc.
There are many components for engineering tech design architecture which were unavailable on lucid such as kafka queue, rabbitmq, etc. This makes your design not much self explanatory when you use aws icon to define your service but kafka with shape.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Lucidspark for tech design, database design, and sequence diagrams.
The most helpful part was I was able to make my tech design much explainotery by directly use icons. For example if I have aws components such as EC2, s3 storage, etc.
I could easily pick the icon and use in my digram so that would easily explain the service I'm going to use in product architecture.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I advise them to try it once, follow the tutorials or have a look at the predefined design that already built for you as an example.
Very useful
What do you like best about the product?
I used the program to set up a visual for my website and without any real training, I was able to figure out how to navigate the program easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Couldn't figure out how to link my data from spreadsheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily communicated information and appealing design
Intuitive and easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of templates avaliable, the free trial to allow you to test it before trying. I found it very easy and straight-forward to use. I was able to jump in and start using it straight away without having to figure out how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, interface may be a little clunky but that would not stop me from using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed software in order to create some user flows quickly. I found Lucid chart the easiest to use out of all that I tried.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it before you buy it. But you will be pleased with it.
Best workflow designer from my college project presentation to client demos. Kudos to the platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It is simply precise and supreme and scalable in terms of user interface and collaborative. I liked the feature where it can be added to slack which is our primary collaboration tool. Its autosave functionality awesome as there is no way to lose the connects. The sticky notes are mind blowing which helps during our Program Increments to groom our stories effectively. The comment section is competely useful in terms of sharing ideas with in the team members without extensively collaborating via emails and thus reduces the round trips taken by the document before completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more export options could be included as it will be great to use the same in various other platforms such as in presentations and discussions. More descriptive and precise information could have been provided on what is the purpose of each and every entity present on the user Interface.

Best place for collaboration and brainstorming in this current virtual collaboration scenario, filling in the void left by the whiteboards and markers. we are not missing our meeting rooms anymore because of lucidspark. The templates given are mind-blowing which was used to discuss and explain multiple scenarios both technical and non-technical. we used to solve business techincal and logical discussions by creating sticky notes and containers and also use the templates available for quicker organization of contents which we would like to present in the team and with clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those missing the meeting rooms, boards, and markers, Lucidspark is the place.
I really enjoyed Lucidspark, it's functionality was clear & easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to do workshops remote in a really clear, fun & engaging way
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be more smooth, the current one is not for my taste
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving a huge problem of sending files to one another after each update. With Lucid we can easily manage collaborative work & always see up to date information on our projects
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To start using it
Veristile tools to make work efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The UX of the tools makes them so easy to use on the first try - very user intuitive! The premade templates saved a lot of time. I also like the ability for teams to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure would be better if it were month to month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved workflow issues for multiple organizations. The commenting and collaboration functionalities created flexibility and opportunity. I also liked being able to use templates and replicate my own documents easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Small companies can get a lot out of these tools - with minimal onboarding time needed.
Really easy to use and powerful at the same time
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is really intuitive and easy to use, you can do many things with really small steps so it makes the work of sharing knowledge easier and faster. Another good thing is the possibility to share different kind of infomation and do different kinds of things such as wireframe, organization data and flow diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation betwen projects i a little confusing. We've also missed a little more advanced functionality for the process of designing wireframes with more detail, however its understandable since the idea of wireframing is just to create a low fidelity design
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The posibility to share ideas with my distributed team. The biggest benefit is the enhancement in our remote work and the posibility to share ideas and information with anyone in a graphical and more understandable way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Lucidspark is a great tool for many of the things we need to document when working as team, specially for IT/Design tasks. It is really easy to use and easy to share with everyone on the team without having to sacrifice the power of it. It was a wide range of posibilities so you won't need to use any other tool for documenting, wireframing or diagrams making.
I would definetly recommend this tool for distributed teams, documentation and remote work using it together with other applications.

Online Collaborative Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative and cloud-based aspect of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is certainly a learning curve when using Lucid Chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team creates visual diagrams for clients, allowing them to visualize their services and make changes. It alleviates confusion and helps visual learners simplify what our team offers. We can also use this tool internally, to help the team visualize new processes and workflows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Fluid and easy to learn, Lucidchart is an excellent choice for diagramming software. Well-stocked libraries of templates and objects make it a valuable tool for non-designers. It also offers great collaboration support and real-time co-editing. Lucid chart also has integration capabilities with Salesforce. There is a slight learning curve, but there are templates (though they may lack some fields necessary). My understanding is that Lucid also integrates with Microsoft and Github. The software can even be used for layouts, blueprints, or visual boards. The possibilities are endless.
Clean visual & storyboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a visual learner, I really enjoy being able to map out processes and ideas in Lucidchart. It's also easy to collaborate with my team as we can use the drag and drop functionality during brainstorming sessions. I've mostly used the board for storymapping, but I'm excited to create other types of charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get used to the platform. We also had some initial issues sharing boards with other team members who would receive an email invitation but still didn't have access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps remote team collaboration on more complex planning where multiple steps and collaborators are involved.
A one stop shop for everything!
What do you like best about the product?
It is the ultimate tool for SCRUM projects, or any project for that matter. I have used it for both short and long winded projects!
What I like the best is the ease of use, and the completness of the app. Most other apps tend to have a very good featureset with bad UX, or a very good UX with just a handful of features. Lucid does both better in my opinion.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes navigating through the shapes and tools is hard for newcomers, but that's easy to learn! I haven't had a colleague spend too much time getting to know the app, most people tend to get the hang of it right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're doing everything, from diagrams to retrospective meetings, discovery meetings, everything. My favourite would be discovery meetings, because, unlike other apps I've tried, Lucid doesn't put any ties on how you want to run your canvas - it is perfect for brainstorming and sharing ideas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a go, play around a bit, and you'll easily find your way around the app, it's not hard! I recommend trying it out yourself before sharing it with the rest of the team, that way you can anticipate some questions and make sure you can have a better onboarding experience.
I would also recommend looking at some videos or tutorials, not because they are needed to get the gist of it, but becaue it will probably give you a couple of ideas to try.
