Superb Diagram and flows.

The simplicity of adding new shapes and flows

I have not had the chance to discover downfalls at this moment.

New and old business process flows. Seeing a high-level overview visually adds simplicity and certainty when making decisions

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. Also, the variety of templates provides alternative ways of presenting my ideas.

I would like to preview the templates without having to save them.

I am solving conceptual problems. The benefits are to get my ideas more organized
Amazing Tool to work with
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the smoothness in creating the flow diangrams or document. The Layout is very precisely defined and doesnt take much learning effort to understand the tool, to use to its maximum potential. Lof of options for symbols and I could see they are contantly updated with the latest technologies out in the market to make the document look really meaningful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you can provide for dark theme, I would love that. Also desktop Apps for solving the same would be an amazing solution. Sometime in small screens , creating the tasks would be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for day to day activities on class diagrams, UMLS, detailed documentations, flow diagrams of the process and much more. When it comes to benefits, completing this tasks with lucid is very fast. Somehow the tool increases the thought process to put as much details as possible. Efficieny has improved considerably after using Lucid.

Its the best app out in the market which can provide you the solution for any process flows or documentations, or better understanding of your own product. This simplifies the task of doing the documentation which increases the efficiency and therefore

What do you like best about the product?
For me what sets Lucidchart apart from the competition is the user interface. It feels natural to use. Zooming, editing text, moving and rearranging the process flow. It all just works like it should.
I make very large process flow charts for new clients about once or twice a week, lucid charts has made my life much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I don't like, even the price is fair. If I have wish for anything to change I suppose I would like more hot-keys or the ability to create my own. But it's certainly not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do process automation for small business. One of our first steps in a project Is to map out a clients entire process. The ability to quickly create and then go over that process online with the customer has been invaluable.
We are able to make changes to the process in real time while the customer is watching with us. It's a great experience for us and for our customers.

Seamless digital workplace
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of this workplace is dotted board that help me a lot to place my stuff on boards. Zoom in and zoom out is also very smooth here instead of giving minimum options I got more options here.
What do you dislike about the product?
If new users come they need more time to spend on this board to get friendly with the workplace. But here you get too many notifications when you reach limit then they might leave without exploring your product much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my online education problem with this board. I used to get panicked how will i interact with my faculties and how will I show my all work at one place. Then I reached here and i feel it can solve the same problem for all people around the world.

Maybe this exists, but the ability to work offline.

Ease of use. Easy drag and drop functionality to quickly create flow charts and make it easies for understanding. In real time we can understand the requirements from client and which in turn helps to make the call more productive as both consumer and business is on the same page.

Using lucidspark while on client calls makes the call more producting in acquiring requirements. Lucidspark helps us in understanding client requirements more thoroughly and in real time it ensures the client that we are on the same page.

Very intuitive to make flow charts. Large inventory of objects to use. It is fun to make your flowchart. It is also easy to collaborate with others on your team.

Sometimes it is hard to get the arrows to line up correctly between objects.
