Lucidspark just makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
The UX and that it is so easy to use. I don't have to concentrate on how to learn the product but on my problem. Very intiutive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually there are no downsides. For me it works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without being a Design specialist, I can design easy and fast Process Diagrams for process and feature descriptions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just use it. It will make your life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaboration and working with team members on the same project. The collaboration makes putting together a big task easy and straightforward. The tools allowed within the software are also straightforward to understand and use, even for a beginner user.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about Lucidspark. If I had to make any recommendations it would be to add more tools to the tool set, but the default toolbox that you are given is more than enough already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving team brainstorming ideas and creating a foundation for a project. I have realized that it makes a great team environment and contributes to team chemistry. Seeing everyone work on the same project is great for team bonding because everyone can see and talk about what they want to contribute to the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly and easy to use it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that when im doing a chart and want to add an additional graph sometimes it can be slightly difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to concretize difficult ideas through a visual helpful guide that is comprehensible for many people that could not be done via word or excel.

Building Interactivity is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love Lucidchart's ability to create interactive charts by using action buttons. I can create a How To diagram that allows me to decide how a user behaves in the document and what he/she looks at next using buttons and showing/hiding layers.
Combining this with the presentation feature to present during a live training encourages high adoption.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I create a new layer, I need to go back and check all my action buttons across the entire document to make sure I make any necessary changes. It would be nice to have a pop-up when I create that layer to do it all in one screen, as opposed to having to click through every action button to double check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can show a large amount of information with a simple diagram that once took paragraphs of text. Users will be able to quickly view the information, then drill down into links if they want to learn more about a specific step.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is much easier, faster, and more streamlined than Visio for planning diagrams and processes. It's much easier to share and work collaboratively on diagramming while still being able to put your head down and get ideas on paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading times can be a bit long sometimes. Also the streamlined nature makes custom controls a bit more clunky to create but honestly we found there wasn't any reason to use custom controls because the templates solved all the problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to put together a swimlane diagram and a high level architecture diagram within a few hours that helped the team get on the same page in terms of what we were trying to accomplish and what it needed to look like.

There isn't anything I have found thus far that I dislike.

Creating employment org. charts have been the biggest help. Adding and deleting people are a breeze

It makes it easy to organize, categorize, park for the future, and to apply different templates to your brainstorming.

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike. For the functions that anyone would expect, Lucidspark has it all, and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing ideas throughout the workday or during virtual meetings typically ends up with a trash bin full of crumpled scrap paper or a bunch of ideas thrown into a zoom chat. With Lucidspark that doesn't happen anymore. The whole team can participate in a virtual brainstorming, or you can use it as a running shopping list for those outdoor BBQs.

Try it out and you will ask yourself how you ever got work done without it.

What do you like best about the product?
I can build quick, clean, intricate designs, I can use my own sets of symbols to tailor my pieces to my audiences, and I love the ongoing introduction of new features enhancing user interactivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription cost is too high for a team. Lucidchart needs to figure out a different pricing model for educational institutions. The product itself is so well-designed that I am willing to pay - for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to create pictures of how a software application functions, how data flows through a network, or how a website fits together. I can use Lucidchart to build and present before and after scenarios easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you find yourself needing a diagramming tool that does not have a steep learning curve and provides you with a clean, detailed design quickly, Lucidchart is it. In addition, LucidChart continues to improve its product to enhance user interactivity, produce complex presentations and encourage collaboration.
