Easy and time saving tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have used lucidspark few days back on my one of the project wherein I had to create multiple branches of tree showing organizational chart. This app made things much easier for me to do same. I liked the connection mechanism (lines and arrow adopting shapes on its own)
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you can describe more about packages that you are offering before anybody starts working on site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been creating a organisation chart which was very difficult for me to create. Lucidsparks provided the platform wherein I can create same in short span and in efficient way
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Those who are working on any creating business models or any BPI ( Business process improvements) can use this tool in effective way. It gives you platform with various options and you will definitely save much time.
Great tool for faster collaborative development/planning
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with 3rd parties like AWS and Atlassian, which makes it easy to pull existing data and increase productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
With great power comes great responsibilities, with lots of integrations and feature sometimes it gets hard to navigate around by ourself and have to rely on demo video to understand how to do stuff, which can be improved with some UX changes.

It is very intuitive to use LucidSpark and pretty user friendly interface

There are not enough functions for free account and I ended up having to sign up for 1 week free trial.

Problems - trying to explain code logic flow to coworkers using the flow chart diagrams
Benefits- this is much easier and understandable then conducting a meeting and explaining to team members, especially when everyone is working from home.

I've been a long-time user of Lucidchart, so was excited to try their new product. So far the product works well, and is easy to use!

I struggled in the beginning to follow the tutorials, but I figured it out in the end

I like the open canvas and the ability for everyone to be actively involved. Its fun watching people work with you in real-time :)
Lucid app is the right tool for starting of a new product ideation.
What do you like best about the product?
The usability of the tool is excellent, minimal, and on point. When we start ideating a new concept or a new product, it generally starts with a rough diagram on paper. But as the work from home scenario has been adapted we needed to collaborate, in this case Lucid app has solved a lot of problem for us. Even CEO and CFO collaborates with us in this process.

I am photo-sensitive; the all-white interface feels a bit overwhelming.
Also a lot of people collaborate in the app, hence some people are unsure which element to use to represent a certain part.

Our product deals with solving finacial operations for startups, hence we have a lot of user journeys. To create these user journeys we use Lucid app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Startups, students, professionals who wish to present their ideas Lucid app can be very handy as creating mind maps, user journies, user stories are very easy. Minimal diagrams represents the ideas in a very crisp format. Should have a background understanding of the elements that represent a specific condition. I have seen CEO, CFOs even working at the collaborative board along with the other members of the firm to start off with ideas. Hence when it comes to small firms or startups theis tool can be highly beneficial to represent initial ideas. Lucid app is like a digital idea pad.

It was easy to map a process and create organizational structures that also enable us to cost out the changes.

There is nothing I consider I can provide as negative feedback, every time I use the tool has helped me.

The ease of use/functionality. It really feels intuitive.

There are a few clunky bits which result from links to Luidcharts, it seems.
