My team will now move to Lucidchart and we will try to convince another teams move to Lucidspark.
What do you like best about the product?
Similar Miro functionality that works much faster.
There are all the types of diagrams you need.
It is convenient to work with a Google account.
Shared document folder for the team - great! Each diagram is a separate file - convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?
It so happened that we work with large diagrams (limitation of the Miro product). And the guys are used to making references to areas of the diagram or specific objects. This way we can more accurately tell the client which part of the diagram to look at. At Lucidspark, if I understand the support staff correctly, this feature is expected within six months. Otherwise, the set of functionality of the product fully covers our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One team document repository. Documents will not be lost if one of the team members leaves. Visual presentation of the work result. Remote discussion of ideas in one file online.

Try it and then make a decision.

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to create the type of flowchart I wanted and make modifications to exisiting template, thereby saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a little more flexibility when it comes to rearranging the boxes and resizing them. Needs to incorporate some flexible components of the Visio tool to improve the effectiveness of the tools

Used it to create a system flow diagram required to represent an engineering process

A good tool to use. Very helpful for coordinating with team members. You can work together on the whiteboard.
Great customer service at Lucidspark!
What do you like best about the product?
Customer experience was great when learning about different options that Lucid offers. Gabe was very responsive to emails and helpful in answering my questions. The meeting booking system is also convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we would have been able to get a "floating" Lucidspark license so that multiple team members could use the same "license", as not all team members would use the platform enough to warrant purchasing an additional "license".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we're using Lucidspark to quickly creating flow charts, timelines, OHS material for presentation purposes. We've also realized it is useful for creating P&IDs for presentations.
Easy Collaborative Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is how easy it is to make flowcharts, relate items and create diagrams or start with a template. It's just simply a fantastic tool for this purpose; whether you're making a Venn diagram or a collaborative flowchart, it is just simply as drag the figures or lines to the canvass. It starts going from there, and it's easy to sort the flow of ideas while discussing the requirements of a project, even in a remote way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't find the things I want to add, but with experience on the app, that won't be an issue anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making flow diagrams for code that I'm creating it's beneficial, how elements correlate, and straightforward algorithm representation. When having meetings, we can all be editing at the same time the workflow in a more interactive way than just having one person doing all the work and showing the rest of us how the diagrams should look. Also, this tool allows us easy ways to sort the information, for example, sorting elements by categories.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When using Lucidspark, you will fall in love even by using the trial version. Once you decide that this program is what you want to use for your workflow diagrams, you can upgrade to the full version to unlock even more ways to use this product. Having templates and working on the same file as a team is advantageous that it is no easy to go back.
Very easy and intuitive to work with . Has a good collection of templates to get started with .
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid charts were very easy to use . Good collection of diagrams . I was able to use Lucid and come up with different architecture diagrams in a short span of time ahead of a meeting with my team .IT has a good collection of templates and also images including Azure , AWS and many other components .Collagorating with other team members and sharing was easy . It is really helpful in creating standardization and architecture documents.
Pros - Easy of use . Great tooling for Cloud components like Azure AWS Oracle . Able to import Visio and Many different export options like PDF , JPEG ,VISIO etc . Transition between the diagrams was smooth and provided various options . Additionally the shortcuts help to optimize the designs because the elements are presented in a visual way.
Cons - Trial period could be a bit longer.Slightly expensive for personal use .More templates could be builtin. More automation and integration with third party applications. As a suggestion, I believe that it would be very useful if this software offered options for buying separate vouchers for temporary use, as this possibility would be very useful for those who do not use the software so often.

Usability and Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use and simplicity of the platform. Very user-friendly, even for those that are technologically challenged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to moderate user activity. I'd like to see functionality to assign access based on levels and roles and control more of the posted content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping project members and stakeholders abreast of changes and goals within the projects. Ability to house all related materials in a central location.
A great collaborative experience
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is a great tool to create multiple documents that are shared quickly with other teammates. The ability to make workflow diagrams and collaborate in real-time is enormous when you are trying to working in an agile, fast pace environment. I love the ability to create boards and logically organize my documents!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished there were fewer limitations during the trial before you need to upgrade. I didn't feel like I could fully experience all of the functionality before I hit my limits when it came to creating different documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is allowing us to collaborate with our clients by sharing documents through features such as anonymous guests. Document collaboration is a huge benefit when it comes to managing relationships with multiple clients without having to purchase additional licensing.
Quick and Easy to Set Up Great Looking Charts
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive this UI is. I've used similar applications in the past, and they leave you hunting around for the buttons you know you need, but don't know the location of. In LucidCharts, I feel as though I was able to breeze through creating my first set of flowcharts, as everything was so simple to figure out. I've created a series of flowcharts for our organization's production support team, and each document was completed in less than 30 minutes. I've also been able to go back in and make minor edits/changes to these charts, which was again extremely quick and easy to do. Overall, I'm really happy with LucidCharts, and my managers are happy with how quickly I'm turning out great-looking supplemental materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike yet. I've been using LucidCharts for a week, and during that time I was able to create exactly what I wanted to create (and in very short order).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we're just trying to organize some of our teams' workflows. We started with brainstorming meetings, where a lot of information was drafted on whiteboards. I took pictures of these, and was able to easily recreate (and improve upon) them in no time at all.
Lucid spark is fairly simple to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to share with people and they can also edit and contribute.

It's relatively easy for someone to move things around and mess up the document, but you can prevent it by not giving them edit access.

We are using it to make a hazard assessment, and its helps ensure employee know how to use certain equimpment.
