Great for Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
easy to create architecture diagrams and share

It would be nice to share a read only copy with people that don't have a license

Created an updated architecture diagram while collaborating with the team
So far it has been everything I wanted, and it easy to use!

We were just looking for a simple program that could help us with some charts that we needed to create for work.
Lucid is a solid platform for organization and flowcharting.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a fast application of Ideas into a flowchart and ergonomic application of user interface.

The bank of options as far as symbols and diagrams could be more significant. The best way to achieve this would be by crowdsourcing large packages of characters for different applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate flow patterns and diagrams of complete detailed hydraulic systems I have drawn with this software.

It is a very straightforward and effective platform. I highly recommend it.

Go through the video tutorials first, they are really helpful in shortening your learning curve

I Ilike the new Ai integrations and how they have sped up my workflows

The generative Ai could be better along with the ability to import docs for AI use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running team retrospectives is my main use case. It also gives me the ability to have whiteboard sessions live with my teams which i wasnt able to do very well remotely.
Lucidspark is a great tool for brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to collaborate with team members, to share and organise ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that making bullets and formatting text within a post-it is not possible.

I've used Lucidspark when working on our company strategy and brainstorming ideas.
A great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The different templates that you can use, the options of colours, the different tools like posties and the ability to vote/use emojis during our retro sessions

I can't find a tool that allows me to put a 'table' view so that I can sort and categorise work required

Lucidspark has helped us with the creation of a roadmap for our particular project. This has allowed us to get a high-level view of not only our plan but also other projects across our area, all pulled together on lucid chart.

Lucidspark is a very intuitive tool that makes business process modeling both simple and effective.

I haven't found something that I don't like quite yet.

Business process mapping which helps us understand who is performing what actions and when key decisions are made.

It's useful to build small process maps with colors and flows

You can only attach a single link to an activity. I wish it could click open a pop-up of options to investigate the sub-process further

Optimizing and standardizing processes, it also allows four onboarding members to adjust to a process more quickly and easily
Visual, easy to use and mobile!
What do you like best about the product?
Building stuff is so easy. I am a highly process-oriented professional and a visual thinker sometimes. I was used to using a physical whiteboard for speed to just get processes out of my head and into writing as other tools like MS Project felt clunky and heavy to me and then one day I got into Lucidchart. I do every single process I can think of there because it's so easy to just build as you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation is not quite there yet to me. I mean it's built into the platform and always present, but getting your hands around it can be a bit tough.

Give it a try, it won't disappoint. It doesn't matter if you're used to other software, or if you're trying something a bit more modern than just building processes. It will surprise you.
