Intuitive Tool for Visual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be incredibly intuitive to use, making it an ideal tool for visualizing our processes, maintaining org charts, and managing other departmental documentation. The ease with which I can share work with colleagues enhances collaboration across the team significantly. Being a web-based platform, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers great accessibility, allowing me and my team to access it from anywhere without the need for specific installations or compatibility checks. The initial setup was surprisingly easy, which facilitated a smooth transition from our previous tool, Visio. Overall, these features simplify our workflow and contribute to more efficient project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I join a collaboration on Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I don't see my own arrow and where I'm navigating to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for visualization of processes, org charts, and documentation. It's intuitive, easily shared, and web-based, simplifying our workflow.
Useful all-in-one tool for visual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place: whiteboards, diagrams, and documentation. It’s easy to invite teammates, work together in real time, and keep ideas organized without losing versions or screenshots. The templates and integrations save me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel locked behind higher-priced plans, which isn’t ideal for small teams. Big or busy documents can be a bit slow sometimes, and the number of options can be confusing for new users. I’d also like better offline support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me and my team turn ideas into clear visuals quickly—whether it’s workflows, system diagrams, or brainstorming boards. Instead of sharing random screenshots or long messages, we can work together on one live document, comment, adjust, and keep everything organized. This saves time, reduces misunderstandings, and makes it much easier to align on processes and next steps, especially when people aren’t in the same place.
Used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite For 6+ years and i still love it.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create process maps and ERD's to help my team and our clients to get a clear understanding of their system. The process charts we create help to maintain consistency for each department. It is well organized and has great instructional courses to learn how to use it efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great platform. I can't recall anything that disappointed me while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great way to create visual representation for that process that can then be used to train new hires or express the process to executives and other departments. It makes designing the diagrams for Program Increment Planning simple for any user to perform.
Lucidly Brilliant for empowering teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid visual collaboration suite is great for asynchronous reviews and quick feedback loops. I ca drop comments directly on diagrams and track changes without losing context. This helps keep my test documentation and traceability aligned with development tasks. It also reassures me to roll back or compare diagram versions when test requirements evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often require offline access which is currently not supported by lucid. It is just web based only for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is distributed across the globe and struggles with engagement and shared understanding. Lucid's virtual whiteboarding and visual canvases simulate in person brainstorming. It allows dor intuitive creation of flowcharts, system diagrams and mind maps. It reduces context switching and improves clarity overall.

I use it for flow charts and it's been easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of things that I don't actually need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have access to Visio so this was added to our tool box and it works well.
I Love Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, So Easy To Use With Vibrant Colors.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great for brainstorming and prioritization. It's also an excellent tool for team collaboration and diagram purpose. I like how simple and easy it is to use and creative with different forms, shapes and colors. I love how it helps express the image you have in your head on Lucid board or chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to comment about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It meets all our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been a Lucid user for 4+years now and i love everything about it and there is nothing that I dislike at all. It provides great templates to use as an example or reference. Also, i love how it helps present the current state vs the future state of a model.

I love how the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes connecting flow charts incredibly easy and provides great flexibility. This ease of use significantly reduces the time required to create visuals, which is the easiest way for me to convey complex organizational structures. The platform's straightforward and simple initial setup was a pleasant surprise, ensuring a seamless start to using its features. These aspects of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite make it highly valuable to me.

Sometimes I struggle with making it a view-only and not in edit mode.

Stylish and User-Friendly but Limited by Premium Model

I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite incredibly easy to use, which sets it apart from other applications. The intuitive interface allows me to create ERD and object diagrams effortlessly, and I appreciate its power and sophistication. The elegance of the design is truly outstanding, and it consistently delivers visually appealing results. Its user-friendly nature is highlighted by my ability to understand the setup and start working with it in less than a minute, making the initial setup process stress-free and efficient. These features not only improve my productivity but also provide an enjoyable user experience, leading my team to switch from Google Workspace to this suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the need for a premium account after a certain number of objects. It feels very limiting, especially since I wasn’t sure if I liked the app enough to invest in the premium version. This limitation made it challenging to fully explore and appreciate the software’s capabilities before deciding to commit financially.

I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite easy to use for ERD and object diagrams, offering elegant and powerful design capabilities despite the premium limitations.
Easy & Advanced collaborative Lucid App
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is genuinely helpful for both novices and experienced users who want to create diagrams or process flow charts with ease, without requiring any prior experience. In fact, it saves a significant amount of time compared to other popular tools. As a member of a technical team, I often notice that engineers spend too much time struggling with diagrams, but this tool makes it much easier to navigate and complete tasks efficiently. With AI collaboration, i see its making more easy for users to take benefit of Lucid over other tools.

There isn’t much I dislike. The main thing is that you need to be familiar with all the available options to make things easier for yourself.
