What do you like best about the product?
Use of it makes life easy. Creates Powerful visuals of the Team and its peers.

Modifications to the complex visuals at times is challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent choice for diagramming software, Well stocked libraries of 100s of templates. Objects make it a valuable tool. Gives real time editing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of LucidChart is unmatched. I have yet to find another platform that is as user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the functionality limitations of the free version would have been more clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to be able to provide a flow chart of an operations workflow for my colleagues, and this provided everything needed.
It gives you and your teammates a platform to work/collaborate togethee.

As a designer, my experience with Lucidspark is nice. It helped me and my teammates to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you login to lucidspark the screen is very empty and ideation screen also feels like not a part of lucidspark.

Am studying ux designing so its helpful for me in brainstorming and ideation process.

What do you like best about the product?
I found the simplicity and documentation of the platform the most enjoyable part.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some performance issues while using Microsoft Edge. It would make the application extremely slow, which I found odd since it worked perfectly fine on Chrome. In addition, there are at times some readability issues with the default colors, which are easily changeable, but it would be nice to have some more contrast as the default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using the platform to detail project plans, and visually conveying business steps has been an asset to drive team productivity.
Organization and Collaboration Marvel
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simplistic and accessible the service is. I am so glad to be able to use a service that is highly graspable and emergent in terms of how it can support collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find sometimes the graphics get in the way of fluid usage - but it's mainly subjective to which computer is being used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving several breaches in communications and scheduling - it helps with the flow of ideas between staff without being abrassive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think if you are going to use this service, it is very important to have staff understand the purpose -- which is collaboration.
Easy use,AI in built controls

The Inbuilt controls are so easy to use and have wide variety of items for Data engineering & ingestion

Honestly everything is very good but features to download sometimes are tricky based on the size of the chart
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Machine learning algorithms we were able to document them using lucid chart and it was so easy that almost I was able to pick and drop it onto devops and eaily build the flow

Better than the best,use this for any of documenting needs including UML charts
Low barrier to entry, start diagramming right away!

Simple drag and drop, cut and paste. Very easy to get started and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced features are not as obvious, for instance looking to have an abstracted layer that user can drill into but is not necessarily apparent at first glance.

Solving problems of displaying org hierarchy to new hires. Lucid Charts is definitely a good tool for communicating these diagrams.

Only that you have to pay for some cool stuff, but it's still a perfect program :)
