Great software for documenting Workflows.
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and GUI of the webpage.

Not too much I dislike regarding the product.

I understand the critical components of the workflow when using Lucidchart.

Moving to Lucid from Visio
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to switch from Visio as Lucid is very similar. Account setup quick. Importing old Visio files was quick and painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Besides the minimal learning curve (which happens with any application), nothing really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BPMN at a manufacturing facility for the first time. Want to align ERP with work processes better.
Easy to use and share
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing charts with others is so easy. Creating them is pretty easy too. The templates are good baselines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Styles are samey and multiselect is hard.

Flowcharting IT processes and application/service taxonomy is easy with LucidChart.
Plenty of features - some of them a little clunky.

The ready-to-use templates. There's a wide selection of them that you could use too.

What I dislike are the lines and arrows connecting the diagrams. It is a little difficult to align the lines and arrows.

A workflow for our marketing team. Having a solid process workflow can make our job easier and can make our goals and objectives easier to realize.
The easiest way to bring to screen my thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart made everything simple to bring to the screen my thoughts.
The platform is easy to learn and even easier to start building your chart. The simplicity makes the process fast, but still have everything needed there.
In my particular case, I use it to simplify complex workflows that I built/will build on Hubspot to my colleagues. The sharing possibilities work pretty well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I build my charts on my laptop; sometimes, when moving the cursor to the left to move around the working area, the browser redirects me to the previous page. It's understandable, and I was using a mouse, this probably wouldn't happen.

Build complex diagrams and bring to screen some of my thoughts.

It's very intuitive, and people take to it quickly.
It's visually clean & appealing to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like every tool, there are things that you wish it could do BUT Lucidspark is head and shoulders above what other virtual whiteboard tools provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We used it for brainstorming ideas for developing our team vision.

3. We used it to identify features we should include in our current product - generating ideas and prioritizing them with voting.
